I have to modify strike plate on both doors to get them to close from the inside. Also, screws not included with trim ring set on one of the doors

Only reason for 4 stars is the installation brackets are tricky. This is heavy duty and seems to be built to last.

Perhaps place some tape over the door hinges on this product would eliminate future damage to this area when shipped. The door clasp was taped but the hinge was not.
