I ordered an electric fireplace for my fifth wheel. I follow the instructions for measurements but I didn't take into consideration the power supply box that was in the middle of the back wall. So the measurements were wrong and it was all my fault. If the power supply box would not have been there it would have fit perfectly, but because it was my insert measurements were wrong. I called about returning it and getting a refund and the lady I talked to was excellent. Only took few days to return the item and get my refund. The next time I order something I'm going to make sure I get the measurements right.
