Once I placed the order it was shipped and received within a few days it was so fast, I forgot. it was protected inside the box and was pkg well. once I received this product, I had a few concerns. I made a call and within 10 minutes a return call was made. all my concerns were answered, and the customer service was excellent. I sure wish I could remember her name. GR8SVC

Installed this on our 2024 SunLite 16BH to replace our factory installed, very loud, AC unit. We could not be happier. This unit is so much quieter. You can actually hear each other talk and watch movies and hear what is being said.

Rec Pro delivered in good time and of decent quality. The only thing for which I am not giving them 5 stars for, is that I would like to see dark color options tanks be available to help protect water inside the tanks from sunlight.

Easy ordering. Order was correct. It takes a little bit longer to get than normal but this is disclosed up front.

I ask the correct questions about what I order it did not fit . Then they want to charge me to return . After a few people they finally did me it correct .
