Easy ordering. Order was correct. It takes a little bit longer to get than normal but this is disclosed up front.

I ask the correct questions about what I order it did not fit . Then they want to charge me to return . After a few people they finally did me it correct .

Even though the shipping packaging showed damage, the chair was undamaged and works perfectly
