Bought a window and it fit great!

Very quick shipping. The box was damaged and one track was missing, but rec pro quickly shipped track. That deserves 5 stars!

Works great but not so quiet

Through no fault of RecPro I ordered the wrong switch. When I asked about a return they provided a refund and recommended I donate or give to someone who could use it, pay it forward. So great to be treated like this, great company!

Excellent customer service, called with a question and the lady went into the warehouse and checked item so she could answer my question correctly!
