My experience with Realtor. com has been highly disappointing. From the start, I faced delays and poor communication. Despite multiple attempts to connect with their Customer Success Managers, the process was frustrating and prolonged. The quality of the leads I received was another major issue. Out of the leads provided, very few resulted in actual connections, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that some were artificially generated. Compared to other platforms, like Zillow, which provided me with far more productive leads, Realtor. com fell short. What frustrated me most was their approach to customer service. Instead of addressing my concerns and working toward a solution, the focus seemed to be on upselling me or dismissing my feedback. This lack of accountability, coupled with condescending interactions, left a sour taste in my mouth. I had hoped Realtor. com would be a valuable investment in my real estate career, but it has proven to be a mistake I regret. I wouldn’t recommend their service to other Realtors unless significant changes are made to improve lead quality and customer care.

Justine Dennis McPhee and I recently worked together when I was purchasing a home in the Lancaster area.   I had two previous bad experiences with real estate agents and definitely apprehensive.   However I knew from the first conversation Justine and I had that everything was going to be fine this time around. Justine thoroughly knows the Lancaster area and housing market - thoroughly!  She is able to provide excellent advice and insights on different areas to her clients based on their individual home specifications. Justine has been in the local real estate business long enough to know many agents and is always on top of new listings.   A unique aspect of the services Justine provides is her ability to look at home showings with an "inspector" eye.   Justine has attended so many home inspections in her long career, that she knows exactly what to look for and  I was continually amazed how many details Justine was able to draw my attention to - many of which I would have missed entirely.   I was always able to be completely honest with Justine and we never hesitated to share our opinions.   Her steadfast comment to me was it did not matter if the home search took a day or a year, she wanted me to be absolutely certain and satisfied.   This was especially comforting as the buyer housing market had changed considerably and much more competitive which could build anxiety.   Justine was always encouraging, counseled patience, and expressed her certainty that my home was out there, we just had to find it - which we did. I felt Justine consistently went above her responsibilities by sharing her vast wealth of knowledge regarding all the many details of home buying.   From homeowner insurance, title companies, wire transfers, settlement dates, inspections, home warranty insurance, and local contractors, I used Justine constantly as a valuable information resource.   Justine knew the answer to everything, providing options to guide my decisions.   I felt so completely ta...

I am a real estate agent in Georgia. I have been paying for leads with Relator. com for at least a year now. I received a lead on January 10, 2025, that was a fake lead. However, the time and date stamp on the lead reads January 11, 2025, at 3:37 AM. My advice to other Realtors: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Requested for the pictures of my home to be removed and received an email that they wanted a copy of my deed first. That will never happen.

After my friend asked about a listing on a place and borrowed my phone, this company started calling me repetitively. Worst than scam calls. Even after my friend spoke to them about it and gave them a different number they still constantly called my line even after typical hours of business. No company unless a pharmacy, hospital, or doctor emergency situation should call after 7 pm. It's ridiculous. Then you have a hard time understanding the person that's calling. Best to work with local realtors or email situations I think. Because all these repeating calls within seconds of each other is ludicrous and insane.

This sales people lie saying all kinds of things you have to sign papers, do contracts, pay money. It's all lies will not connect you to an agent. The are horrible. and this review will probably not get posted but go straight to them another scam.

Do not waste your money. Worst quality of leads I’ve seen. Terrible customer service experience.

Do not buy leads from Realtor.com. They are horrible quality, for example, 3k vacant land, people offering 20k on a 50k listing, or 95% say don’t reach out again. Save your time and money on any other lead gen out there. Anytime you try to cancel they don’t allow it. Better off throwing your money out a window to not deal with the frustrations.

As an agent we look to companies like these to generate leads to assist sellers and buyers. realtor.com has been taking $175 out of my account every month even though I have cancelled my subscription with them months ago. When calling to speak with someone all they do is give you a case number and tell you "Customer service manager will call you within 3 days" I've only received a call and they left a message with a phone number, which I called right back and no one answered it was an automated system "please leave a message" left the message and no one calls back. Sent out several emails to 4 different agents in regards to this matter and no one ever emailed a response back. Their customer service dept sucks because all they say is someone will call you back and here's a case number. Money doesn't grow on trees and for this company to continue withdrawing funds from accounts they know have been cancelled is ridiculous. One agent did reach out and all they cared about was how they could keep you and lower your monthly subscription instead of cancelling. Then they put you on hold forever just to come back and say "I will have the manager call you back". This is why agents rather do the foot work and not rely on so call "Lead generating companies". You guys are horrible company! I can't give you a zero because it doesn't exist.

It is disgusting and disappointing how trash the leads are on here. If you are a real estate agent, do NOT purchase leads. Also when you tell them that you aren't happy, they want to argue with you about the quality they provide. SMH! Scammers just like the people who inquiry about purchasing

I recently made the mistake of clicking on the "Ask A Question" button on a realtor.com listing. I was immediately assaulted by a seemingly endless barrage of text messages and phone calls from different real estate agents competing for my business. That was two days ago, and I am STILL being contacted! Borders on harassment.

I'm a realtor in Arizona, and I bought the Listing Toolkit with the expectation that Realtor.com is sending seller leads. "Leads" that were submitted were not selling or from China trying to get me to communicate via WhatsApp buying million-dollar houses. I had a rude customer success agent call me and demean me asking "how long have you even been a realtor for? Very disappointing experience. Realtor.com do better for your agents!

As a realtor you will be super frustrated as you get leads and you will not be able to log into your account, after a few tries you may get in but the conversion rate on Realtor leads is HORRIBLE!! They will increase your rate per month without your consent. I canceled on August 2 and the person I spoke with told me I would have to pay another 2 payments to be released from the subscription, I then paid August 5, September 5 and October 2, Realtor.com told me it’s because the case wasn’t opened the day I canceled…. Zillow is better… if Realtor.com was any good they wouldn’t need to hold you hostage when you cancel. I will be writing a bad review on every platform available to prevent other realtors from making this mistake…. Realtor.com SUCKS

This website has become overloaded with information making it incredibly slow. It is not even manageable anymore and not worth the time. You spend the majority of the time waiting for information to load along with add pop ups each time you change pages. They either need to reduce the information posted or get better servers. It was better when the site was faster.

I signed up and immediately my phone was spammed with calls back to back to back…. Finally are day 2 of spam calls so many that i was unable to use my phone i finally picked up and spoke to a very very nice man who took all my info and i advised him we are a low income family around 70k a year. He immediately said do not worry he would guide me through the whole process and that they would continue to follow up and have a lender reach out, lender reach out was promised the same day, needless to say after speaking to that man one time i never recieved not 1 call back, ive called the number that contacted me no response, no lender ever reached out and now i am back to square one. Simply save yourself the time and dont go with a nation wide website… stick to your local 5 star realators in the city or state that you live in. These people are not interested in helping you unless you have a half a million dollars in the bank waiting to be spent today. If not they dont care to follow up on anything or about helping you.
