Site is fine, realtor wasn’t
My daughter and I used a realtor to buy a home in Douglasville, Georgia. The agent we met obviously didn’t like us. She was unhelpful and we ended up finding the houses to see on our own. We won’t say her name but we will warn others that we’re not in that woman’s CAMP.

Not for Lead Generation
Realtor. com is a great platform for consumers searching for homes, but the paid lead program doesn’t offer the same value for real estate professionals. The onboarding, training, and service lack a path to success and the customer service is full of platitudes instead of support.

Be very, very careful working with the listing company. Read every line very, very carefully before signing. I didn't fully understand what I was signing and got locked into a 6-month exclusive agreement. Make sure you understand whether you're signing touring documents or long-term contracts. Ask questions about the duration and terms. I thought I was signing routine paperwork to view properties but ended up in a 6-month exclusive agreement.

I can't easily look at homes because of a plumbing advertisement for Knoxville TN that keep me from navigating the pics and home information. I don't even live in Knoxville. And it's very annoying. I will be using Zillow until it is stopped. It's ridiculous.

Disappointed with Realtor. com Experience
I recently submitted an inquiry to view a property and was immediately contacted by a representative. However, I was surprised and disappointed when I was told I needed to sign an agreement with a realtor before even seeing the home or receiving any level of service. It's unreasonable to expect prospective clients to commit to a formal agreement without first establishing trust, rapport, or even a basic level of customer service. A real estate professional should earn a client’s business through communication, professionalism, and value, not through high-pressure tactics or forced commitments. This experience felt more like a pushy sales approach than a client-centered service, which reflects poorly on Realtor. com and the agents it partners with. I strongly encourage you to reconsider how leads are handled and prioritize relationship-building over contract-first strategies. I’m highly disappointed by this interaction and will be looking elsewhere for more professional and client-focused service.

I don't care if this isn't the appropriate place to leave this review, I'm disgusted with Realtor. com and their lead services. I will never give another dollar to this predatory company. Thanks for nothing!

Horrible customer service and product
I have used Realtor. com for 4 years. This last year I have had horrible leads and the sold the new UpNest product that is horrible and gave no actual leads. When I complained and spoke to a success manager for several months they continued to do nothing. When they finally tried to help me they gave me a product that was not what they promised. I called for the last two weeks with no one reaching out. When I finally got a manager Nadira, she was rude and said you’re not getting your money back. So I file a bbb complaint. I would not use Realtor. com if I owned it. They also said they have a program that that look at your leads and reimburses if you don’t get good leads. That’s a lie. Good luck if you use them!

They Sell Your Personal Information
I requested information on a property that was listed. What I got was a hundred calls phishing for personal information. Then realtor. com gave my phone number to spammers and scammers who call and text asking to buy my house for $50k when the comps are $350k. Realtor. com needs to be prosecuted by DOJ.

The experience that I have with the REALTOR dot com has been horrible. Oversell their product and underdeliver. The leads have been like the number is disconnect, the lead contact says that he is also realtor, or the contact is never reachable. You can't even talk to them. If you contact Realtor dot com to cancel the service, then they do not do that, You are stuck! Do not sign up with any product/service with the REALTOR dot com

This is the third time I've written this review, and they don't display my review. The customer success manager, Stefanie Stroot, ignored me and hasn't responded to me anymore. -------------------------------------------------------------- I left my experience with realtor. com at https://www.realtor.***/welcome/reviews/, but it never displayed. So I am leaving my experience here. After multiple emails, Stefanie Stroot from the Customer Success Team has ignored my requests and hasn't received any response. My email to Stephanie is below. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Stefanie, Thank you for clarifying, and for noting the $157. 28 credit applied on 07/26/25. I was checking on my credit card, and it didn't show and I wasn't sure how your accounting works. While I appreciate the adjustment, this does not change the fact that the service has not delivered functional leads and has provided no return for my business. The example I shared earlier—a disconnected number from a lead this morning—is just one of several instances where the leads have been unusable. This has made it impossible to get any value from the service, regardless of whether the funds are directed toward a different lead program or the listing toolkit. To date, I have paid $914. 95 (with the $157. 28 credit) without benefit. Continuing to pay for a service that is demonstrably not working is not reasonable or sustainable. I must again request that the contract be terminated without additional fees. If this is not under your purview, I request to escalate this to your leadership. You can escalate this or you can share your management contract information, then I can reach out to them. I appreciate your help in advance.

Big Dog Filter
It's really frustrating trying to find a rental with big dogs. I select dogs allowed than they are all under 30lb. It would be really nice if y'all made a big dog/ small dog differentiation.
