Realtor. com must immediately honor my request to discontinue their service and recognize the subpar quality of their products. Their marketing strategies are misleading consumers, and they appear to be profiting from dissatisfied customers. It is time for them to take responsibility and make necessary improvements.

Listing agents needs to stop this practice
Went to look at a few houses that really caught my eyes, when we got there and looked at the buildings they were totally different from what is posted. Some were extremely delapidated. We just WASTED our time. Stop enhancing the pics because that will not trick us into buying.

Cacellation on Lead products
I have been communicating with Stefanie Stroot, the Customer Success team, about canceling the listing tool product due to it not meeting expectations. She has stopped talking to me. I don't get any response from her. My email is below. "The same core issue remains—the remaining service, the Listing Toolkit, is not providing any measurable value for my business. Even if it is set to end in October, continuing to pay for something that is not producing results is not reasonable. As I’ve shared before, I have made multiple good-faith efforts to use the services as intended, but the leads have been disconnected, unresponsive, or otherwise unusable. The intended benefit of the program has not been delivered and your team hasn't shared the expectation of typical success rate for the product. My definition of the success rate is connecting to customers, not getting closing any transaction. Given these circumstances, I am again requesting that the Listing Toolkit be ended immediately without penalty. I have already paid a total of $914. 95 (including the $157. 28 credit) without seeing a return, and I believe it is only fair to discontinue the charges now. Please reconsider allowing an immediate termination. " I paid almost $1000 for the leads, but they didn't help. I paid my share of this trial. The realtor. com ignores me. So this is my review.

I just recently purchased a home. I give thanks to my realtor Angelique Reed. She works for Fathom Realty. She was awesome. She made feel at ease . She found houses that I wanted. She really listened to what I wanted. Once a made the decision. She put in the offer. She stayed in contact with me every step of the way until , I closed. If you want to purchase a home . Contact her at (708)543-1106. You will be satisfied with her assistance in purchasing your new home.

I like what realtor. com offers, but the reliability of the website is THE WORST!! Every time I try to use it - and this is over a period of several years - it starts freezing constantly in a matter of minutes. Today, along with the freezing, I had to input my info every time it did freeze. CAN'T YOU DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS???!!!

Not super Helpful. Super Staff!
Worked with Stephen Santos and Cassie who did a phenomenal job. Both did excellent and were diligent and took initiative to contact me and try to help. Stephen in particular was great to work with. He took initiative to try to reach out, and help me however he could. We did not end up using any services. I am not sure how useful these services themselves are, but I felt like Stephen was on my side and trying to help me navigate a new and scary experience.

Recently I looked at properties in my neighborhood on Realtor. com. I was contacted soon after by someone who said they represented Realtor. com and asked me if I was looking to buy. I said no. I told her I lived in the area and was just looking at the current market. No matter how many times I said I was not actively looking to buy or sell, this person did not get the message, so I thanked her and again clarified that I was not looking to buy and not looking for a buyer's representative. To which she responded "this call is being recorded" (if so, should have been disclosed initially). After that remark I said I was hanging up. And did.

Lack of response
I have been beyond disappointed at the complete lack of response when trying to set up apartment tours. Numerous emails and often text messages sent. No response. When trying to secure an apartment for a specific move-in date, the complete absence of communication makes planning nearly impossible and the need to move on to less appealing prospects necessary. Why is someone a listing agent if they don't respond to listing inquiries??

Don't do it
I signed up for leads and was told it could be canceled anytime. Are 5 month i haven't got the leads yet promised from my 2 zip codes and I emailed and spoke to someone yet the still haven't stopped the payment deductions. They lie abs I would advise anyone nit to do it.

Your website sucks
I can’t even use your website anymore. Reloads multiple times and slow. No trouble with Zillow or other sites. No I won’t download the app, I’ll just stick with the other sites.

No agent
Two stars because they have decent listings. Each time I inquire about a property, they have referred me to an agent that doesn't cover that area. Nobody has called or contacted me ever. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact Reator. com to get the correct agent.

Wanted to look at a house
We called and got put on hold so they could put us in touch with an agent in our area. They come back online and told us no one was available at the time and to try back. After doing this a total of 3 times, I finally got some guy to text me and told him what house we wanted to look at and when he contacted me back he told me he could not get ahold of someone who had a key. So we waited and I just got online to see that the house we were interested in had a pending sale. I will never go through realtor. com for any services. They are a joke.

Lets start with me first contacting them in June 2023 looking for a cash deal when the offer fell through on my home after me and my family moved out, so I was looking for a quick sale to keep me out of financial debt and move on with my life. My agent, Al Brickman, did everything he could do to get this house sold and not thinking about whatever he did to gain for himself would affect financially for many years to come, not to mention me possibly losing it all and more! He tried for months and months to get this house sold but all the deals kept falling through. I told him many times to let it go into foreclosure, because I did not have the money for closing costs or another penny to put into this house. I was already deeply in the hole financially and I just wanted to get it off my plate. He fought with me over and over telling me that foreclosure was the worst thing that I could do, which it wasn’t true because I was already filing bankruptcy, but he pushed me and pushed me to the limit of getting the house sold the very last day before it went to foreclosure court. Not once did he let me know that I would be getting a 1099 for the cancellation of debt (which he should of been well aware of but didn’t disclose it to me) on this house and he would put me back in a financial hole that Im going to be digging out of for many years! During tax season is when I found all this out when I received a 1099 on the property after it closed. I did not have money for closing costs so he negotiated with my mortgage company to lower the price of the house to get the closing costs, and all agents commission covered. He told me that I would not owe anything after this closed. I asked many, many times!! When I filed my taxes, I found out that I owed over $7000 on this portion of it because it was considered income to me. What a joke! I have reached out to Mark Spain numerous amount of times explaining to them the situation and they just throw their hands up and say I'm sorry there ...
