I was fine until they kept calling me after I was no longer interested in the property.

Despite a week of our Realtor filing trouble tickets and speaking directly to tech support, the app has never been able to display our listing which went live over a week ago. All of the other sites, eg Redfin, Zillow, Trulia, etc show the active listing from MLS with no issues. Tech support tells our realtor the problem is on the Realtor. com end, but is unable to solve it??? Very poor service. In addition, the “off-market “ data displayed has multiple significant errors not aligned with the public info available on our property, like number of garage spaces, etc. These mistakes were not present on any of the other sites pre-listing.

I have attempted, multiple times. To post a somewhat negative review for a realtors. com agent. The review has never been posted. Why? Because the agent members, including this one, can deny and discard a negative review they don’t want posted. Absolutely a “garbage” process to only allow positive reviews posted on Realtors. com for their paid members.

I received several calls trying to sell me leads and finally I decided to move forward and right after purchasing leads I was scheduled for an onboarding call that was 20 minutes late and after being lied to by the sales rep I cancelled and then got called by 4 different sales agents trying to sell me more. If customer service would have been honest and followed through with what I was told I would have had no problem. Very disappointed.

I connected with my agent April when I first begun my home search. She immediately took note of what I was looking for and gave me suggestions and recommendations. We started our search just a couple days later and looked at many, many different homes. Each one that I had interest in she was quick to get information on it and gave me everything I needed to make a decision. Roughly one month later I closed on my first home ever. The process was seamless. I trusted April and that was the best decision I’ve made yet. I met an incredible agent but also made a friend!

I called to get a showing on a listing. I have a pre approval. I get a call and get asked pre approval questions. Um I already have one. I just wanted to see the home. Instead I get badgered and then hung up on after I didn't want to answer their pre approval questions. How unprofessional. P S. Please speak English when you call. They couldn't even get my name right.

Watching realtors keep the prices high due to the new laws is causing harm to sellers and buyers. The market is not sustainable and the interest rates will continue dropping and eventually crash with all of the greed. I wish there was a laugh emoji for the price of some of these house prices

From the beginning, I was misled about the capabilities of a program, which turned out to be far less effective than promised. Despite being given clear instructions about my preferred email address, all communications were sent to the wrong one — even after I repeatedly advised them of the mistake. I have documentation proving this error was entirely on their end. More concerning, funds were withdrawn from my account under misleading pretenses. When I attempted to cancel my subscription mid-term, I was told by AJ Tizabar that cancellation was not possible — a claim I later found to be untrue. I terminated my agreement early because I refused to continue paying for a service that was not delivering what was promised. The behavior of several associates throughout this process was argumentative and unprofessional. The only exception was Utopia V, who remained courteous and professional at all times — and deserves to be acknowledged for that. This company’s practices border on unethical, and consumers deserve to be warned. What I experienced felt more like a scam than a legitimate service, and I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.

I have tried this website a few times, and each time is the same: the realtors or people in charge of renting do not respond. Sometimes, the listing is no longer available, and it continues to appear for months. There are no serious professionals here.

I was a victim of a scam and my information was stolen and used to create fake listings on multiple websites including realtor. com. I called all the companies and every company except this one took down the listings immediately. Realtor. com waited 3 business days to investigate I was not another realtor trying to steal commissions!! Seriously!! All the while I was getting calls and texts from people wanting to look at the homes and submitting their personal information TO THE SCAMMERS!! I tried to warn as many people who texted me vs the secondary number listed on the listing. I had to call realtor. com back to complain warning them about protecting all these people and they finally took the listings down. Be careful out there everyone!!

Our real estate broker and friend Luis Alvarez helped us find our forever home and we will always be grateful for all his hard work. What sets Luis apart in our opinion is that he listened attentively to all the things we wanted in a home and narrowed our choices in a way that no time was waisted seeing homes that would not have interested us. This program is a scam for real estate agents. . . they send 1 lead a month and it is a bad lead that is more than cold!!! And when you ask for help or that you need to cancel they NEVER answer and give a thousand explanations not to do it!
