The last few shipments? There has been at least one bottle which had a broken lid, which resulted in spilled soap contents in the box and lost product. Super sad!

Two items arrived open and spilled all over the contents of the box. One of the body washes I ordered and the large container of salt scrub. The box itself was also poorly handled. The box was soaking wet (it was not nor had been raining here) and almost falling apart.

My 4⭐️ is for shipping only. The last order had to be refunded because the caps opened and product spilled all inside the box. This order, the caps were loose on 2 bottles and some product leaked but not enough to worry with contacting customer service. We love the shampoo, conditioner, & deep conditioner. I give 5 stars for them. I wish I could buy in a local store to bypass the shipping.
