The products are absolutely great! But the packaging for shipment are terrible! When the box arrived, the box used for 12 bottles of shampoo and conditioner was oversized and not packaged well. 3 of the conditioner and 1 shampoo tops had come off of the bottles and spilled all inside the box leaving a mess to clean up and a large amount of product wasted. It was nice that tape was put on the tops of the bottles, but that didn't stop tops from becoming unscrewed. I can't imagine that this is how cases of shampoo and conditioner are shipped to vendors for sales. I hope in the future, your products can be better packaged for shipment without damage or opened containers upon arrival. I do hope to buy from you again in the future, but have a lack of confidence of how well it will arrive.

Shipping was a timely manner the bottles were sealed as much as possible but one of the bottles still leaked a little.

The box arrived open in two places; I threw the whole thing away. Poor shipping.

Love the wave maker shampoo and conditioner. I like it so much that the first order I paid for didn't get delivered. I didn't get an email back after asking for support and the delivery company said it was delivered. I live in an apartment where you have to input a code to get through the front door. I think the delivery person left it outside where it got stolen. I was pretty mad at the lack of response from the comapany. But I like this product so much I decided to order it one more time and get it delivered to my mom's address. I actually received the product this time. My mom doesn't live in an apartment. But I have to go pretty out of my way to get to her. But anyway. Good product. I'm not sure about the business itself tho. I'll probably stick to buying it on Amazon tho. I just needed extra conditioner bottles cause I use that more than shampoo. And Amazon doesn't offer single bottles. Sigh. I really don't like buying from companies that don't at least respond to your email. But its so hard to find good shamppo and conditioner out there. . sigh. .

Great shipping, great products

Shipping company said the package was undeliverable and to contact seller. I have been trying to contact Raw Sugar since the beginning of February with no response. I have no product and am out almost $50. I am thoroughly frustrated with this company!

Only body wash I can use and I have no issues I literally takes it every where I travel I cant use anything else

Love this shampoo! Smells great and works well on my long, thick hair, plus I like knowing it doesn't have a lot of the harmful chemicals in it as well! A must try!

I placed 2 orders. The first order arrived with only 2/3 of what I ordered and a couple of damaged items. Instead of sending me the product I ordered but didn’t make it into the box, they refunded me for what was missing and damaged. That would have been fine had I not ordered during a big sale. So if I wanted the rest of my order, I had to reorder at full price. Which I did. Then when I received those items, one of the pumps on the hand soaps was damaged. The spout was broken off. But it wasn’t anywhere in the box. Which means it was likely put into the box and shipped broken. I contacted the company and they again refunded my damaged item. I like the products but getting them (and in one piece) seems to be difficult.
