Need to improve your packing for shipment

Placed a large order and when one, (of the many), items arrived a little damaged, they were very quick to refund the item. Love all of the items I received and customer service was great!

I love most of the product and the new packaging. But I wish I could find all the products at the major retail stores, as in the past.

This scrub smells absolutely divine! LOVE< LOVE, LOVE it! Sweet and refreshing, not fake or manufactured. Love this for doing my occasional body exfoliation, as it seems to make my moisturizer work more effectively. I wish they'd make more products with this specific scent!
