"First time customer. Ordered 1/8 of 3 different flowers: BANANA KUSH, GORILLA COOKIES, and WEDDING CAKE. They delivered 3 bags of unidentified flowers. They all look alike: with the same smell, color and physical characteristics. The quality appears to be good. But the 3 bags were not labeled and could not be identified; arguably the same strain. In addition, I did not receive the "FREE Ultra Premium Pre-Rolls" advertised to first time customers. I have called and written numerous text messages but no one answers."
