These people are terrible. They don’t ship your order and they don’t reply to messages. They just take your money and disappear. Don’t bother unless you like getting ripped off.
I do have to say though that people coming here to purchase should be very careful. As I have previously said, you eventually will get your stuff. The service of Rh has gone downhill hard and fast. My latest order.. 12/19, on 12/20 I received an email with tracking as usual. It’s now 12/24 and I still can’t track my order or the tracking number Rh gave me. The USPS website states it is still waiting for my package. As usual, I have emailed and messaged Rh over their website, and as usual they don’t reply. So Merry Christmas to me from Rh. Thanks for taking my money and not sending my order. Thanks for not responding to my emails since 12/20. I used to be a steady customer.. but I really can’t do business like this ..
I’ve been waiting patiently for my delivery haven’t heard back from customer service normally with seven days I’d already received package. It’s still says waiting for package to arrive at the post office. Tracking number 9405509205568909767301 I love your products but please let me know if I need to order a month in advance
I’ve been doing business with Rare Harvest for nearly a year now. And while they don’t always ship orders right away, or respond to inquiries very much…. One thing is for sure.. they always come through and the product always makes it to me. The flower is always top quality, and usually what they have isn’t available in my area.. I definitely recommend RH.. you can count on them.
Second order placed still no delivery 8 days later
Professional customer service from order to delivery! Upon receiving my flower I noticed it was of top quality and it’s quite obvious that they paid close attention to quality and the state of the plant's trichomes. I have a rare Neuromuscular Disorder and was becoming increasingly frustrated with the pricey dried up flower from many dispensaries. I was pleasantly surprised and ecstatic to have such a positive experience with Rare Harvests. Mikenjnyc
I did get my stuff and as usual it's fantastic product. I definitely wouldn't pay for overnight shipping again though, wasn't worth the extra cost. And I never heard back from anyone so just know if something goes wrong you are completely on your own.
When I first started ordering from Rare harvest I can admit that I was skeptical. So I started with small orders and each order came perfectly. My first 4 orders from Rare Harvest came perfectly with no issues. The products were great and came in such a timely manner while being perfectly packaged. My current experience hasn't been quite the same. I recently placed a not so small order, #2417, got overnight shipping and have not seen the same promptness. I paid my bill like all of the other times but have not seen any movement on my order. Usually a day or so after payment items ship but that recently hasn't been the case. And I've reached out to customer service with no avail. I totally understand this being the holiday season and shipping being delayed. It would just be nice to know that in advanced. The radio silence is whats concerning. I will post an update when I receive my items. But from this experience overnight shipping definitely isn't worth it.

My items shipped and arrived with no problems or issues. Everytime I paid my bill my order would go out out a day or so later with standard 2 day shipping. The product I received was alway fantastic, high quality and fresh. But my most recent order doesn't seem to be going the same way. I recently placed a not so small order with overnight shipping and haven't seen anything go out yet. I've reached out to customer service as well with no avail. I understand that it is the holiday season and shipping may not be as smooth as normal but I wish someone would just let me know what's going on. The radio silence is kind of concerning and makes me nervous about placing more large orders in the future. Still love this company and their products but customer service could communicate a little better.
I placed an order since November 10th 2021 2day delivery it’s a week later haven’t received nor heard back. I lii oh be supporting small businesses but If you have a delay just let me know.
I have been using rare harvest for sometime now and have always been pleased with them and their product. Until now I placed an order # 2400 and paid my bill but they still have not sent it out. I have written messages and sent email because there is no phone number to call. If you don't want to sent my items then return my money. This is my second review because they took the first down. I will keep posting till I hear back from you guys.
I have been using rare harvest for awhile and they have been awesome. their stock is great and I always look forward to my delivery. Until now, I made my order like I always do sent my money. This was a week ago and nothing I have sent emails and contacts messages with no reply. I understand things happen but they never get back to you. my order is showing paid. This is said I was really liked them. order 2400
I decided to finally try the service and got some Gelato 33 a sad 1/8 bc I wasn’t willing to lose more $$. I wish I could buy ALL the Gelato 33 it’s so tasty. The shipping was on point. The amount was really great and it’s just such a great product. I’ll be back for sure. Great service.

I have been ordering from rare harvest for quite some time now to treat my medical conditions. I am always satisfied with the quality products offered. Lately, rare harvest has been running out on inventory. This is a bit concerning since I rely on their products to give me some relief. I sure hope they restock their inventory soon I don't want to shop anywhere else.
Customer service never responds. I placed an order fir overnight a day ago and still hasn’t shipped and no response from rh.
I order 4 weeks ago my package never arrived and I sent several messages with no reply very disappointed in this site!
I have been a customer since January and referred numerous friends to your site. Lately there has been a lag in communication and delivery My last order was delivered with the wrong item. What is happening.
