I decided to finally try the service and got some Gelato 33 a sad 1/8 bc I wasn’t willing to lose more $$. I wish I could buy ALL the Gelato 33 it’s so tasty. The shipping was on point. The amount was really great and it’s just such a great product. I’ll be back for sure. Great service.

I have been ordering from rare harvest for quite some time now to treat my medical conditions. I am always satisfied with the quality products offered. Lately, rare harvest has been running out on inventory. This is a bit concerning since I rely on their products to give me some relief. I sure hope they restock their inventory soon I don't want to shop anywhere else.

Customer service never responds. I placed an order fir overnight a day ago and still hasn’t shipped and no response from rh.

I order 4 weeks ago my package never arrived and I sent several messages with no reply very disappointed in this site!

I have been a customer since January and referred numerous friends to your site. Lately there has been a lag in communication and delivery My last order was delivered with the wrong item. What is happening.

Returning customer, placed order, paid with Zelle, received conformation on order but never received order!! I have sent texts, emails, even tried phone number that does not work and can not get anyone to respond!!! Very disappointed customer and got taken for $126 plus!!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Products are fantastic, from edibles to flower. I’m always excited to try something new. The system may seem a little skeptical but I’ve never been disappointed. Keep up the great work, rare harvest!

I was skeptical of EVERYTHING at first.. so I started off small, purchasing on a whim( as I am a dispensary purchaser normally). But once my first order came and I saw how everything was packaged I was sold. Had one hiccup with delivery so far ( response to customer question could use some work) but Now I am a regular purchaser and I love them! I'd rather use Rare Harvest than my regular spots.

Well let me start off my saying I was very skeptical from the start but still took a chance and placed a small order even paying for overnight delivery I ordered the death star OG, chocolate chip cookies and some nerd ropes. Now if you read my previous review ( if it’s still up) you know my ordeal, order didn’t come as promised and after contacting customer service 4 times no one replied. As of today order did come the error was on the USPS service so for that I do apologize to Rare Harvest but I definitely feel as thought the customer service could’ve still responded for that I took away a star but moving on from that, Rare Harvest is legit!!! I will definitely be using them again the products are outstanding!!! I am lit🙃 my advice for myself and others going forward save your money and DO NOT pay for the overnight postal service!

No issues or drama, just straight up great service with no worries. Great communication, professional service and fast shipping. Thanks for helping me with my medical issues and the all around crap of this horrid year of 2020. "This is my first time ordering and reviewing...Took a super risky play by buy ordering 1000 worth,2 dosidos,1 berry cough,and 1 zkittles. First they look and smell low grade,smoked and its ok. What i do like is the fact they threw in a some freebies but whats the use if the whole order is not what i expected. The sample of sundae driver looked better than all 4 of the ones i ordered. The smell,look,and potency was all there for the sundae driver. Meanwhile the other 4 were brown and little to no smell (premium brown lil to no smell/sundae driver bright green GAS).Tried to contact to see if anything could be done but no answer nor wont email me back. Appreciate the fact that they did in fact deliver,but just didn't think my little sample would be the best thing out of the shipment. Super disappointed but hey you live and you learn lol,if you order i would stick with anything thats above the premium,anything lower isnt worth it better going to the streets.I wont be ordering from them again"

"This is my second review of Rare Harvest... Taking a leap of faith here... I just placed my 4th order this morning 9/18/20. I have been very happy with the quality and freshness of all the strains I have tried in the last few months. You order from the website now so I think there will be less mistakes and customer service should improve. I am taking a leap of faith ordering from here again. After the last order I placed at 11 am on a Wednesday and I paid for overnight shipping. My package didn't get sent overnight... All I was told was to "be patient" with shipping. Absolutely INFURIATING to be dismissed like that. It wasn't the USPS that screwed up!!! I'll let you know if the order I placed today before 9 am arrives tomorrow! I took a star away due to shipping issues last time. I will edit my review after I receive my order 🤞 tomorrow. Update: Customer service has definitely improved! My order was delivered overnight and even had (VIP overnight) on the inner envelope. A great way to separate overnight packages from free 2 day shipping. I ordered the Grape Kush this time. So far I think it's great! Works just like the description says."
