Everything showed up healthy, and replacement was easy, very friendly

Placed a 10K mealworm order FedEx two-day, Thursday to Saturday. Arrived with the majority black and the rest headed that way. Texted Rainbow Saturday night and Mariana responded Sunday. She said she would make it right. Here it is Wednesday, three days later and I just received my replacement order. All mealworms are happy and healthy. Placed dozens of similar orders, even in the depths of summer, with great results. This was the first with an unpleasant result. Rainbow and Mariana’s initiative far surpassed my expectations in making the order right. Rainbow has consistently great product and consistently great service. They are a pleasure to work with and i recommend them to anyone anywhere.

Rainbow mealworms is absolutely awesomeness! The staff is so kind and helpful. I can text questions out of the blue and get an answer so quickly and their customer service is amazing! They're thorough and knowledgeable for just about any question I ever had. Everything that I have purchased has been in great shape and health and even though I live in New York I don't buy my anoles crickets or mealworms anywhere else!

FedEx sent the package for a day to sweltering AZ despite me living in CA (which this company is based), which of course killed all the fruit flies and some of the crickets. The customer service was easy to communicate with and sent out a replacement as soon as they could. Also I command them not trying to even ship in the heat wave, unlike the company I'd tried ordering with prior (new to this), it's responsible. Also, great selection, trying out a few different things with my new frogs to try and see what they enjoy and so the different variety is quite nice.

I found a tiny house gecko and took him in. I live in Texas and could not find food small enough for him to eat and I thought I was going to loose him to starvation. With time running out I found this company on prayer. I contacted them and I got everything I needed . They were prompt on shipping very friendly and they really care. There is no place in Texas that can compare. What ever you need they have it and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I don't what I would do without them. My son is very happy with his new bug pets. We requested 1 male and 2 females and I am really not sure how to sex these creatures, but I am pretty sure I got what I requested. Shipping was really great. The bugs are big and awesome. My son is so excited. I'm still a bit afraid of them, but my son loves them and he has already picked them up and handled them, smiling ear to ear. Highly recommend this seller. We used FedEx 2 day delivery. I highly recommend FedEx rather than usps. I will order from here again if I ever need another bug for a pet.

I used to get my hornworms from Petsmart, but it was too expensive. $10 for only 4 hornworms. I found this website from a bearded dragon group on fb and decided to try it out and i will definitely be purchasing again. They came SUPER fast and in great condition. 1000/10. Definitely recommend!
