So thankful to have found rainbow mealworms! I’m local to the area but it’s still about an hour drive so shipping is the way to go. My order always arrives next day, I always have it held at the post office and they always take care of me and my dragon. Packages are flawless, customer service is exceptional and the product is immaculate. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for live and HEALTHY feeders. I’ve tried many sites but I will only come back here. I get a delivery once a week and my post office is always happy to see me and my dude Nugget come in to grab his grub. I placed my first order not too long ago, and there was an issue with a missing item. The item was a feeder insect that had gone bad and was not up to their standards to send out. They apologized, and gave me the options of wanting a refund or to send out the item when it was back in stock. Overall very pleasant experience on my first order and dealing with the company. I've bought my first order of super worms and Hornworms and the price is so much better than local pet stores! They all came alive and my bearded dragons love it!

I purchased mealworms for my jumping spiders and was thrilled with my order. I only have 2 spiders and this is the only place that I've found that does small quantity orders and also has great options for worm sizes. I ordered 50 mealworms in a cup in the mini size and they came true to size and thriving. They even lasted me 8 months kept in the fridge! They also have excellent customer service and got right back to me about a sold out listing and updated it so I was able to purchase.

Im from Michigan and 1 hour away from the closest pet store. Finding superworms is a challenge especially in the winter. Rainbow is the only one that let’s you get extra heat packs and has a winterbox for sale all my worms get to me alive and healthy. Other companies don’t care the boxes don’t even have a sticker saying live animals. Several times I opened up the box with all bugs being dead. Not so with Rainbow they care and have great costumer service. If you want live bugs in the winter use Rainbow 👍👍👍

I've ordered a couple times now from this website since I got back into the hobby. Their prices and quality far surpass that of any chain pet store nearby. Both times I have ordered, all the roaches came in alive, not one dead. I ordered a cup of redworms, which unfortunately didnt make it, but I was promptly offered a refund with excellent customer service. My tree frogs are thriving on their wonderful bugs!

I use them for fishing, and they are nice fat mealworms. Quality packaging also, fast shipping. Very happy

If you’re looking to buy food for your jumping spiders, THIS is the place!’ I placed an order during the government shutdown and even though it was sent 3 day shipping, it took 7 days to arrive. I let the company know and they immediately sprang into action and replaced my order when I didn’t even ask them to. I only wanted to let them know. Companies like this are very rarely found anymore and I couldn’t be happier to be a very happy customer of theirs and will be as long as I need the food they sell. Don’t think twice before ordering from them!

I only use rainbow mealwom for my leopard geckos! They have never let me down and been ordering for many years! Excellent Quality and Care! I have had issues with other companies and dead worms but not Rainbow KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I rehab wildbirds and had previously been purchasing mealworms from local pet stores or Amazon. I would notice the ones I received were usually half dead or beetles. They were expensive and packages never seemed to contain the number of mealworms they claimed to contain. I started looking for other places and am so glad I found this website. I was pleasantly surprised when my 3000 mealworms came and EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS ALIVE. It also made me realized that when I bought from other places, it was definitely not the amount I thought I was buying. These are cheaper and much better quality. I will be buying my mealworms from here regularly. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! My birds are happy :)

I ordered 100ct of meal worms came a day late but I'm fine with that paid for standard anyway but when I got them I think 12 were out of the container not sure how cus it was closed not rainbows fault tho and my bearded dragon Harley says thanks
