order mealworms they were healthy packed in fresh food/bedding looked great same with medium dubias all live no dead also ordered the adult dubia breeder bundle 25 female 10 male one was twitching when they arrived but i ordered them from washington and it was way below the sites suggested but i was in a hurry so my fault will be ordering from these guys again and would recommend them to any of my fellow herpers.....

After ordering from other places and getting disappointed with dead bugs on arrival, I finally found rainbow mealworms. Every time I order, my bugs arrive alive and healthy. They have a great selection and their customer service is excellent. One of my orders they were out of some roaches, but they were quick to notify me and gave me credit towards my next purchase. Living where I do there are not pet supply stores anywhere close by and require a 90 mile drive. I have also had bad luck with bugs from pet stores as well and could not keep them alive. Rainbow mealworms bugs, especially crickets have been easy to maintain so I am able to buy in bulk. They are great for both my leopard gecko and bearded dragon.

I placed my order for 1000 1/4 inch crickets and 250 super worms. I had forgotten to finish my order earlier in the week so I had them next day shipped on a Thursday. They arrived on time and perfectly packaged with a heat pack that I forgot to add to the order. It was in January, so I was devastated when I realized I didn’t add it. But Rainbow Mealworms added anyway with no charge. I use them every 2 weeks and have been delighted every time I place an order. After being dissappointed multiple times on other sites I found this place and im never buying anywhere else again. Package got delayed for 2 days by fedex after freezing weather so I was worried but was surprised to find 100% of my giant mealworms still alive. My beardie is also extremely satisfied and happy. I always order large mealworms for my sugar gliders. I buy 5000 at a time. They arrive alive and in good condition. They keep in the refrigerator for a long long time. Rainbowmealworms.com always delivers on time and have excellent product. It's the only place I buy insects from.

During winter season, having 1 day shipping is a joke. Shipment due today won't show up for another 3 days. Customer service is a joke. We're sorry doesn't feed animals or pay the bills. I can't and won't recommend company to anyone

I would like to say that I am very sorry I wanna be half of an employee that no longer works for me put a bad post about rainbow meal worms And this company is very great to do business with they kept their word replaced everything that came in dead due to the storm and also do to the employee that no longer works for me not purchasing a heat pack and the type of cold weather we had & it caused everything to come in dead but Rainbow meal worms kept Is there a word and took care of everything I could not recommend a better business to work with thank you

The products came in the mail in the time expected! There was a lot of fruit flys in one canister and a little in the other but it will hopefully procreate in time to be of use. The pinhead crickets came with a lot! Only a few died but it was full of love ones.
