I’ve placed several orders for wax worms and discoid roaches for my beardie. 250 wax worms arrive alive, which is impressive. Anytime I buy just 50 from Petsmart, theres always a couple black ones. Roaches have moist food and size is pretty accurate. They do not disappoint. Packaging is done well, & everything is taped shut to avoid any shipping mishaps. Happy repeat customer.

I had tried other supp,liers in the past and always had issues. Once I started ordering from this company it was always great service!! I have only had one iisue due to the postal system and the resolved the problem the same day! I will not order from anyone else now.

What can I say they are an amazing company. I unknowingly selected a delivery/pick up option that would have required me to travel several hrs from home to pick up my package but instead of them just placing the order Elizabeth took the time to research the distance I’d have to travel and realized that that was not reasonable and took the initiative to change my pick up location to my local post office. She even looked up the weather forecast to select the best delivery option for me. This all happened with 24 hrs of me placing my order. Thank you so much. The best place to get feeder insects for reptiles. I was shocked to see I had only 1 dead insect out of 1000. Superior quality, and insects look healthy and active. I ordered the Bearded Dragon combo pack and 500 crickets. Superior quality insects, and far exceeds pet store quality and price, even with shipping.

I told my husband I got the anole to use as a feeder for our large mantids. The truth was I just wanted the anole as a pet😉 Now he adores her as much as I do! Just got confirmation of her gender with the three eggs I found when cleaning the terrarium! I’m keeping them warm and moist, hoping to see some little ones hatching soon. So excited! Hope to get a male when they have more in stock. Rainbow Mealworms is my Go To for everything. Customer service and product quality are fantastic.

These are the best quality Mealworms around. They are zoo quality feeders. My sugargliders eat about 2,500 a month . It so important to get the best food for them t they are always healthiest looking giant mealworms out there. My sugar gliders have never looked better. You guys at Rainbow Meslworms Rock!

Communication and updates are spot on. Delivery was fast and each worm was alive. I ordered Giant mealworms but received large mealworms. The giant worms I buy at the local store are twice the size. I would order again if I knew I was getting what I was expecting.

I have been purchasing from Rainbow for over 40 years. I am a wholesaler. Recently this company has made it difficult to purchase products for our Customers. Everything has gone to the internet.. but they have made it impossible to purchase products to support our customers... The customers in need of feeding their animals. I have had to tell customers that I can't get what they need as this company has changed the way I pay and pickup the orders to service animals that need to eat. I am very disappointed to be left out in the dark!! It has all gone to internet sales with whomever want a to buy!!

order mealworms they were healthy packed in fresh food/bedding looked great same with medium dubias all live no dead also ordered the adult dubia breeder bundle 25 female 10 male one was twitching when they arrived but i ordered them from washington and it was way below the sites suggested but i was in a hurry so my fault will be ordering from these guys again and would recommend them to any of my fellow herpers.....

After ordering from other places and getting disappointed with dead bugs on arrival, I finally found rainbow mealworms. Every time I order, my bugs arrive alive and healthy. They have a great selection and their customer service is excellent. One of my orders they were out of some roaches, but they were quick to notify me and gave me credit towards my next purchase. Living where I do there are not pet supply stores anywhere close by and require a 90 mile drive. I have also had bad luck with bugs from pet stores as well and could not keep them alive. Rainbow mealworms bugs, especially crickets have been easy to maintain so I am able to buy in bulk. They are great for both my leopard gecko and bearded dragon.
