I returned my jacket in Jan 26 to have the zip replaced but also to have some ‘Rab’ ink stamps removed from the jacket that had appeared when it was cleaned in 2024. When I returned the jacket the service centre contacted me and informed me that due to the age of the jacket it was unlikely that the ink stamps could be removed and also questioned whether they had been there before the jacket was cleaned in Nov 24! I can state quite categorically that the ink stains were not there when the jacket was sent in and to suggest otherwise is very disappointing - not least because I received an apology in 2024 and was told to return the jacket to be cleaned again for a second time. I absolutely love my Rab jacket and have owned it for +/- 30 years. Sadly the response I received from your customer service department is considerably inferior to the quality of your product. Very disappointing.

It’s my first own running vest and I tried a Salomon one before but this one feels overall awesome! The fit (1,70m with Medium) is perfect and I nearly don’t feel the vest. The storage possibilities are endless and perfect for my use (day runs with 30-50km and as a backup for ultra cycling races).

I’m very happy overall with the service. Adam at the repair centre clearly went above and beyond - he even fixed an issue I hadn’t mentioned in my original request. That level of care and attention really stood out and he deserves recognition for the thoughtful way he handled my jacket. The only slight uncertainty for me was around the final finish. I had expected the jacket to return closer to its original loft, though I appreciate this may not be fully possible due to its age and wear? I’m not sure? To avoid that maybe it would be helpful to receive a brief summary outlining the work carried out and the expected outcome, just to provide clarity on what’s achievable and whether the current condition is the best result possible. Overall, I’m grateful for the care shown and the quality of the repair. Thank you, Adam! Take care Tom

10/10 perfect midlayer, breathable and warm on inclines during my guiding trips. the little side pocket is awesome, good for keeping my phone close to my body and warm when temps are freezing.

Super warm and durable, fits a little more narrow through the leg than other insulated pants so I might size up if they're going over top of bulky layers.
