Excellent service. Repaired and returned quickly.

Very pleased with my 'Women's Sonic Ultra Vest'. Beautifully lightweight, washes and dries an absolute dream. Great colour combination (watermelon/hibiscus) In fairness, the first vest I ordered had a flaw, which I raised with Rab. Customer services were straight on it, with an apology and explanation of the return/replacement process. I have to say, I was almost glad there had been a flaw, just to have experienced their Customer Care! A lot of companies could learn from them. Very impressed. Will be ordering again in future, without hesitation.

Alles super

Perfect fix and got it back just in time before it got too cold. Also fixed my front Rab logo which was fading away.

Fantastic repair, like new! Thank you.

My Rab jacket recently underwent a service wash to re-loft the jacket and freshen it up. I was kept upto date as to what was happening and informed when it arrived and when ready for dispatch. Thank you excellent service.
