Bought a sleeping compression bag and worked nicely. Though it could really do with straps as a traditional compression bag.

Fast shipping. Good communication.

I bought Rab's Pertex overtrousers in the late 1990's The zip failed. Rab replaced the zip and a bucket for £20. There was a bit of too and throw because of the age of the garment. I used them this weekend and the repair worked well. About 10 years ago, they also replacing the zip on a sleeping bag. In both cases they were quick efficient and profesional. I'd highly recommend the quality of both Rab's products and their after sales service. Keep up the good work :-)

Medium is proper fit. Perfect fit around wrist for the watch, nice fit around shoulder and armpits , including head , to be able to run easily even downhill while arms and movements are dynamics, allowing mouth to be free and breath not in front of jacket, amazing!

Excellent service from the Rab repair team , unfortunately my garment was beyond repair, Rab have very generously refunded the total cost to me for the repair and postage. I will put the money toward a replacement Rab jacket.

Great service as ever

Great prompt service.

Tout est parfait et de bonne qualité, je n’ai pas eu à contacter personne. Au plaisirs 😎

Recommend!

Website easy to use. Purchased Phantom Pants, love them! Lightweight, no annoying flapping in strong winds, used for walking all day.

I really like the Jacket Stuff sack for my Rab microlight, but I wish I could choose the colour, hence 4 stars and not 5.

Incredible service! This jacket has done it all, ice and mixed, alpine climbing, technical and not so technical mountaineering. So it’s definitely well used. Not only does the jacket basically look like new after the wash, they also replaced the faded logos. Thanks Rab Team!

Shipping was easy and the repair that Karen performed was excellent and professional. Thanks.

RAB is great, everything was shipped fast, the quality of the products are great and I am really happy with everything that has arrived.

Jacket has come back like new. Feathers and jacket was in a bad way. Such a cost effective and easy service to use highly recommend
