I’ve had my Rab insulated jacket for well over 10 years now. Been sending it to the repairs and wash over that period. Always comes back as good as new. My favourite service. Long may it continue !

I found what I was looking for fairly easily, but I knew what product I wanted. The colours of the kit are pretty different to what they look like in real life compared to the photos. Especially the blue jacket I bought, it’s far darker than on your website. I must say I was a little disappointed. Jacket is fantastic though.

Recently purchased RAB jacket from another supplier but no pouch to fold it into. When there was no response to my three emails. I Contacted RAB customer services and Kyle provided the reason why but also gave me a link to purchase a stuff pocket. Delighted with the quick response, quick delivery of the item and the way Kyle handled my enquiry. First class service

Very easy process and quick

It would be helpful to know the measurements of the models and the size they are wearing. Ask guests for their measurements and size they purchased when leaving reviews, and to include a photo. The whole point of a reviews is to help determine size and fit. Also, I left several reviews of products with photos and the photos aren't connected to my reviews. Again seeing how it fits in someone else with similar measurements can help with size decisions!

The service we received was very good. Communication throughout until receiving our jackets back. Sadly we were told not able to waterproof to Rab’s standard. We were offered a discount on the Rab site. Would definitely recommend the service though.
