I sent a jacket to Arab to have the pocket zipper replaced. It was back within 2 weeks and I could not tell which pocket had been repaired. An excellent job. And o did like the all paper packaging.

I sent my Alpha Direct jacket in for repair to a tear on the shoulder and was wondering at the time if I was just wasting my money. I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the repair and I'm so glad I had it repaired. Karen who did the repair is an absolute master of the craft. She's replaced the whole shoulder section with identical material and it's impossible to see that it's been repaired. I'm more than happy.
