Poor quality control. Made in China. Received 2 bikes with cracks in frame.

No emails answered, no phone called answered, no communication from anyone, not sure how they get away this terrible lack of customer support

After months of research, questions, and test rides I purchased the Apex HD in November of 2025. Could not be happier. Pre sale questions answered quickly, fast delivery, and easy assemble made for a great purchase experience. Although I only have a little over 100 miles on the bike, I can tell this is a high quality, powerful, tool that will help me chase Elk in the fall. The ‘automatic’ gear shifting takes some getting used to, but when combined with the mid drive motor and throttle you can navigate virtually any terrain. My bike had a few scratches on the frame when delivered, but tech support quickly took care of my issue and my experience is that they are very responsive. Only negative I can mention is the lack of headlights and rear lights. Wired for them,,, but not available. I would recommend QuietKat to anyone looking for a rugged e-bike. Enjoy riding mine both on the road and on the trail.

The Lynx is definitely underrated. In my honest opinion, the bike is even better than advertised. The only thing I would change is the cheap pedals

I ordered a bike with a hub drive and determined i didn't want it the day before I even turned it one. It took me over 3 weeks to get ahold of someone. I called, emailed, filled out your online forms, sent messages on messenger. It was a 3000 purchase that I wanted to replace with a 7k purchase. Absolutely absurd. My new bike came with a giant gash in it and you still made me pay the 150 return shipping for the old bike I was returning. You gracefully waived the restocking fee, but seriously your operations need some serious help. TERRIBLE. If it wasn't for the fact I love my bike, I would never deal with a company like yours again.
