Would have been nice to know that upon delivery it required an adult to be present to sign for bike, would have had it shipped to my work to avoid having to take time off

At this point of ownership, I am overall pleased with the Apex XD. It is a great design, and I love the new features compared to my previous APEX (adjustable seat, auto trans gearing, larger battery). My critique is the sound level/noise the mid drive makes. It is noticeably louder than my last APEX. While QK assures me this is normal, that doesn't change the fact that it's loud. Response from customer service was prompt. I still think it is one of the very best offerings in the marketplace for hunting applications.

Great bike about 300 mi so far, no issues. Could use a little more power, just to keep the front end up over rough terrain. Overall really fun.

To early to tell. No lights available, even tho bike has lighting harness plugs. Most of their few accessories are either out of stock or on closeout sale.

All right for starters I have had the Apex XD for about five months. Bought mid October round about. It’s heavy, e-bikes are awkward and a little clumsy to get used to. I’m not very tall 5 feet 8 ish, so it took some getting used to. However once I got everything down I realized, Wow. Favorite man toy ever, seriously it’s like learning to hunt again as a child. I love my Apex XD, the seat post instead of rear suspension is amazing, im sure a soft tail would have been nice to but the air suspension in the seat post is more than adequate. As soon as you take off extend it all the way up, going around curves, slick spots and loose roads, coming to a stop don’t forget to bring the seat down as you slow down. Trust me, it’s not fun when your feet are out and the ground is too far away. Learn it from me, when stopping always bring the post down to bottomed out. I think most are curious will it climb hills, yes absolutely. I live in the Ouachita Mountains and it takes me up anything I am comfortable enough to climb. If you have the means and are considering buying this bike I am here to say best money I ever spent. I saw more bucks (mature white tails) this last deer season than I have in the previous five especially mature bucks. If you have been going in the woods the same way for multiple seasons add an e bike and see how many mature bucks you totally surprise. It’s not just being sneakier and getting deeper in the woods. I’d say one of the greatest advantages is acclimating to the conditions has been something I struggled with. It’s hard to get out of a warm vehicle and walk out into sleet and rain and go on a hunt. However, getting on the bike and driving it to near where you want to hunt you have been in those conditions on the bike. When you arrive at your destination you’re ready to hunt. I saw more bucks making their way into bedding areas that I beat them to their bedding areas because of my apex XD as other hunters entered the woods and pressure got deer on the ...
