Built like a tank!! Should last for years. Absolutely love every feature except the tires. Got two flats during my first use from running over small briars in grass. Had to install tire liners and tubes in order to use it off the beaten path. Otherwise…very pleased with the purchase.

If you have a Ranger with VPO this will not work. I was told by customer service that this was the correct one. They helped me find the right one and gave me a return label for it. Hopefully I get a full refund.

My Quietkat Apex XD was shipped in a timely manner and the packaging was the best I have ever seen with any products. It took my son and I longer to unpack the bike than it did putting it together. Quietkat definitely goes far and beyond when it comes to their packaging and shipping. The time it took me to unpacking the bike was well worth it. Thank you Quietkat for exceeding my expectations. Had to buy the bike on blind faith as QuietKat would not respond to chat, pick up the phone, respond to email or social media. Had questions about pannier bags and other accessories. Went ahead and bought the equipment and now can't return it as no one will respond. Bike is fine, good for riding around town and comfortable. I'm concerned for the inevitable warranty issue as I know I won't be able to reach anyone to help nor will the respond to a support ticket. If you're looking at E-Bikes, I would recommend Bakcou. They pick up the phone every time and the team is rock solid. Sad as I always wanted a QuietKat but have no faith after they took my money.

Shipping was a nightmare!! Quietkat was 2 weeks paying the bill with the shippers, which meant I was not able to get my order. No one ever, and I mean EVER answers the phone. Eventually they stopped responding to email also. My accessories did not show up with the bike, but that is on the shipper. Being the owner of a small business myself and having shipped items much larger than my bike, there was no excuse for the time and delay. ON THE OTHER HAND. . . I absolutely love the bike and unless I could find a bike with equal fit, build and performance, I would buy again. The Apex XD has surpassed my expectations.

Hi there, I ordered the LCD display for my QuietKat e fat bike thinking I was going to receive the original part with QuietKat on the bottom of display for which I paid $177. 51 Canadian incl. taxes and shipping. Come to find out that I was sent an after market LCD display that I can purchase on Amazon for $48. 27 Canadian plus taxes. I specifically ordered from QuietKat so I could get the original part, not pay 3 times the price to get the same thing I can get on Amazon.
