Excellent service

Great service

I was very excited to receive this bedroom set. When we went into the store they said every thing was in stock. We bought this set as well as many other things and spent over $7K . Only for it to be almost 2 months and still everything hasn't come and I keep getting notified things aren't in stock. It keeps coming in different deliveries. I got my mattress but not my frame, I got my dresser but not the mirror. It will in total take 4 deliveries for my items that were all supposed to come in 1. I have to keep taking off work to be available for the delivery. When you call customer service it is no help at all and they are hard to understand. The quality of the items are great, but I will never buy from them again for delivery alone.

The 10-foot outdoor umbrella from Bob’s Furniture was the perfect addition to our patio! It provides plenty of shade, looks beautiful, and instantly made our backyard feel more inviting. We now enjoy our morning coffee underneath it while watching the pond, and it’s quickly become our favorite place to relax. Great quality, easy setup, and exactly what we were looking for!

Great sales associate, gave me space to look around. When I was ready, my sales person was there to answer my questions. She helped me try different mattresses until I found the perfect one for me. They even had financing to help me and took away my old mattress free of charge. It was actually a fun time shopping.
