Friendly, helpful associates who aren’t pushy. Excellent delivery and service.

Customer service was satisfactory. The delivery guys were so quick and they made not to scratch the walls and the floor

Everything was great-from the guidance of the sales associate, pricing, quality and the on time delivery, which was very smooth. I would highly recommend Bob's Furniture!

Shopping was quick and easy, but i wish store would have had sample in store or better pic, sales person must not have known this product was not what I was asking for specifically, pic looked like black frame, that is what I wanted.

Friendly, patient sales people in the store; easy ordering process.

Every thing went well, associates were very responsible, friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture and explained everything we needed to know.

The delivery guys were efficient

The sales woman was very helpful Thanks again

The products are affordable and good. Delivery is on time!

Higher cost, don't love the additional fees for delivery when already paying higher prices for the furniture.

No pressure sales, lets you look around for as long as needed. Found what we wanted fairly quickly and easy ordering, credit terms, delivery and follow up --EXCEPTIONAL !

We had a very good experience, purchasing it or rather ordering it. The sales folks were very friendly and outgoing and knowledgeable.

Ryan was a lifesaver

It was very easy to schedule a delivery date

The entire shopping, purchasing, and delivery experience was great. The sales person and manager were easy to talk to and did not press us at all. The delivery guys took care and bringing the furniture into our house as well as setting it up and removing all of the packaging. The table is excellent, and our family enjoys eating at it.

Everything was good

Great service, products and prices!

Had an amazing experience with BOB's from beginning to delivery. Will definitely be a customer for life!

I love my Recliner. I often tell people to shop at Bob's.

Absolutely love Bob’s if I ever have any trouble they come right out and fix my issues
