We had a quality time picking out our furniture set.

The delivery people were amazing. Very respectful, wiped their feet on the rug outside before they came in the house. Took all the boxes and packaging with them and left the couch setup and ready to use.

This was part of a set that I ordered but due to a delivery issue they could only bring the bed and the rest of my bedroom accessories the delivery persons said they could t fit to bring in. Complete disappointment. I did not have a great experience with bibs discount furniture though I love everything they carry and they were my go to. The delivery service is not what it was. Terrible service from delivery to customer service. We were never compensated for the delivery and set up charges even though only one piece of furniture was delivered.

Bought the chest of drawers sight unseen and the drawers are smaller than I thought. Otherwise, delivery was great!

Follow you around through the store as you try to look. Didn’t bother to ask if I wanted delivery or not- automatically added the charge of $179 to my bill.

We bought Sierra Cognac Right Arm Facing Sofa with Chase. delivered to 18337. There is tufting on the chase part but missing tufting on the sofa.
