I really like this couch. It's super comfortable and durable. Even my cat loves it. I opted for the delivery where they don't set it up for you and it was super easy to do myself. The delivery team was absolutely great. Even though they were not setting it up, they told my husband and I how to do it.

Looks just how it is advertised, the couch is really firm which i like, and the pillows look exactly like they do in the picture. Very happy. Also the delivery team did a splendid job bringing the couch up and throwing away the packaging. 5 stars

The only reason why I didn't score it a 5 star because your workers did not have shoe covers to put over their shoes when they entered my home. Therefore, I had to clean my carpet because of the bacteria that entered into my home from dirty shoes.

The leathers seems good quality

We have had this couch for about a month now and we are loving it. As a family of three, it's so nice to be able to pull out the bottom so that all three of us can put our feet up for a movie. The storage in the chaise end is perfect and fit everything that was previously in our old (huge) coffee table. We have now downsized to a small coffee table that is light and easy to move out of the way when we want to put our feet up. This could looks great too. My only complaint would be that it does take some time to break it in. It's pretty stiff at first. But overall, it's a BIG WINNER!
