Drivers arrived on time, but the tracking app said they were arriving 3 hours before the appointment. Not the worst thing, but it was misleading on the timeline. Delivery guys were amazing and professional. They even asked if it was ok for them to enter with shoes on. It was a great experience and I'm sure I'll return.

Great experience. There were some scratches on the bed and bureau. The delivery person called customer service while at my house. I was able to schedule for repair right then and there.

The salesperson in the Newington CT store was awesome, friendly and efficient once we found out that they couldn't fix the repair issue after 13 weeks.

Shipping was super quick and the delivery went super smooth.

The service at Bob’s was great. We were in and out of the store within a half hour with a purchase of furniture we now love and the delivery was so good they were so professional. I was worried since we just moved into a third floor apartment, but they got the work done in no time.

People were nice and helped us with everything

The couch is really awesome and comfortable, but honestly, the star was the delivery team. They were dedicated and friendly and went above and beyond to get our couch in. They really worked hard at helping us because of our peculiar doorways and got it in. We really appreciated this because we have a newborn and it was really vital that we got this couch so we could have a place to get together as a family.

I was notified by Bob’s that I had a $69 credit. My sister has helped me so much both financially and emotionally after I had to retire due to vision loss. That was saddening since I was a Professional Editor and Analyst. I gave her the chance to pick something out. She chose a rug and when I went to order, the rug’s name was Sandra. That’s my sister’s name! Meant to be. I love everything about Bob’s. I’ve had to move numerous times after retiring, and purchased my furniture from Bob’s. Best mattresses also!
