Everything aspect of buying our new sectional was a great experience. The salespeople were not pushy when looking at the furniture but were there to answer questions if needed.. then left you to think. The delivery site was extremely accurate and the delivery men were professional, and quick. From the time they stepped out of their truck until they were done was 13 minutes. I really like this couch. It's super comfortable and durable. Even my cat loves it. I opted for the delivery where they don't set it up for you and it was super easy to do myself. The delivery team was absolutely great. Even though they were not setting it up, they told my husband and I how to do it.

Beautiful sturdy dresser. The only suggestion i have for better customer sevice is to give accurate delivery time info. I was given a time window of 1230pm -430pm and furniture arrived an hour early. I wasnt expecting to be home until 1230pm to begin waiting so they had to wait until i got home. I think it has to do with the difference from where they were calling me to let me know of the estimated time window.

I love her she is adorable,firm sturdy and i can decorate with any color or fashion! Great for the price!!! Worth it!
