Price was good, service was good product is good other than a missing flap

Original shipment arrived in many hlasd pieces. Contact info on shipment did not work. Found support email on website and got automated response. After over a week of no further email response, I called support phone number on website. Agent was friendly, found my email that I had sent photos of damaged product and finished processing reshipmemt. I recieved emails confirming conversation and replacement arrived not quite 2 weeks later. Emails did say thete was delay shipping due to large volume of orders from a sale. It was about a month from original order to getting usable product. Very satisfied with product and would order again.

Love these mixing bowls so much! They complement my vintage kitchen and have so many uses. Thank you, Pyrex, for this very pretty and versatile product!

This lid did not fit the 1. 5-quart Rectangular Glass Loaf Pan. It wasn’t even close. I was so frustrated, I just threw it in the trash.

As with the rest of my order, some pieces came out of the boxes chipped. Packaged well, shipped well, just arrived chipped. The rest of my order came sooner and, as the instructions say, I washed everything before using. Multiple pieces came out of the Pyrex-load-only dishwasher with chips and damage. I was very careful to keep everything from touching. I was buying more Pyrex to replace old pieces that had chipped over the years or that had cracked lids. I do not intend to ever buy Pyrex again. The quality is significantly degraded and the prices are too high, especially for the silly colors (the only option for this bowl set). Even on pieces without chips, you can see inconsistencies in the glass, especially compared to older pieces. You can also feel the rough edges on the rims; these aren't chips, yet, but are obviously weak points that were simply lightly buffed/sanded (I'm not sure the term for glass) over. It's just higher prices for lower quality. Who wants that? And this was a large order (~$200) and multiple pieces came from the dishwasher and went straight to recycling - I needed unchipped storage, not storage that immediately chipped, putting me right back to where I was when I made the order! So disappointed and there's no way it's worth my time and effort to wrestle with "customer service" for a brand that doesn't give two bits about their plummeting quality. The only thing I bought that didn't arrive or get damaged was custard cups.
