I am very pleased with the quality and customer service at Pyrex.

Love the size and durability but dislike that the spout seems to be too short to pour without spilling every time.

so far you haven't addressed the broken lid

The dishes that survived shipping were exactly what I wanted. I ordered 8 dishes (2 4-packs). 2 of the dishes arrived smashed to bits. But at $8 return shipping on $9 worth of dishes it wasn't worth my time. Just something to be aware of. Your mileage may vary.

Haven’t received my order I think it got lost in the mail. No communication from Pyrex yet. Pretty frustrating.

Received broken, haven’t heard back from customer support. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Awful customer service. My set arrived chipped and they want to do a warranty claim to fix. Not good.

For the price you can’t beat Pyrex glass food storage. Literally a fraction of what Caraway competition costs! The red works in my kitchen.

Delivery was fine. I will order from Pyrex in the future.
