The item is great. However, you cancelled my order because you are supposedly unable to ship to a PO Box. I re-ordered, only to have the order arrive at my PO Box because USPS is doing last mile for UPS. Perhaps you can make some adjustments in that regard. Thanks.

I thought the shipping charges were kind of high. A while back when I originally tried to order the 2. 5-quart blue lid, the smaller 1-cup round lids were out-of-stock, and I was not going to pay a $14. 99 shipping charge for a $12. 99 item that probably weighs no more than an ounce or two. I had to wait to order until the smaller lids were back in stock, then I could justify the $14. 99 shipping charge, although I still think that is high for items that do not weigh more than a few ounces.

Pyrex Home was quick to process & ship my order. Each piece was packed carefully so there were no chips or breakage--just great storage/bakeware when I opened the boxes!

The item is wonderful. The shipping cost is exorbitant and a disrespect to your customers.

I love my snapware containers. I have multiple sizes in the snapware. I stopped using plastic and use these exclusively! Excellent product!

Excellent service and timely delivery

When Costco started selling only plastic storage containers, I went direct to the Pyrex website and ordered high quality glassware delivered at a fair price.

I ordered it back it late January. I have not received my lid

Order arrived damaged, several lids were defective and cracked/broke when trying to secure lid to bowl. Will be requesting a return due to defective items. Such a disappointment.
