Great Company
Great experience with customer service after receiving a helmet with no padding. Initially getting in touch was tricky because of broken email links but that was resolved. Everything was packed well. Ashley was wonderful and got in touch quickly to help me. Products look great and I am excited to use them. Easy to order and size products. Shipping was fast.

received a helmet that was too small and purchased a second larger size that worked. filled out a form on the website and a couple of days later sent an email requesting return paperwork and have not heard back, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email and online inquiry... it's been a week.

Fantastic Company
My helmet arrived with no padding, after reaching out with the email link on my receipt and a few emails to the customer service button on the webpage. Which were not working correctly one email made it through to Ashley. She promptly corrected my issue and she got her team to fix the email link errors. I found everything I needed as far as gear haven’t used it yet but I am excited to as soon as my helmet is ready. Shipping was fast and all items were packed well. Ashley is wonderful I highly recommend Pro-Tec.

Try a different brand!
I submitted 2 messages to customer service and never received and answer. I order 2 separate items and for one helmet the liner/foam seems detached from the shell and seems unsafe, I don't even know why I'm writing this because more likely nobody will respond or do anything about it, its unfortunate

I bought the helmet on 6/13 and by your return policy I need to return it by 7/13 and I have been requesting the return RMA through e-mail and through your website contact page 3 times. The only thing I can say is everything went perfectly except I live in Florida and I would have liked to get my home at a little quicker and I'm sure I could have paid more to have that done just being greedy.
