Terrible, non existent, Customer Service
Need to switch sizes. Emailed number of times and tried to call so I could get return number. Didn’t get any reply and have had a terrible frustrating experience.

NO DELIVERY / CHARGED ANYWAY / NO DIRECT CONTACT TO RESOLVE
Upon ordering I received notices that the company was having issues with warehouse, delivery etc and I never received the item ordered. I did not receive any notice that the item had been shipped and yet my credit card was charged. Email correspondence was poor: they dropped conversation and then did not follow up with me. There is no phone number to reach them direct. I requested inquiry through American Express where the charge was made and Am Ex did not have success reaching them. I WOULD NOT recommend making an order with this company, and would still appreciate if if Pro- Tec would reach me to reimburse or send the original order I made

Great product - Horrible Service.
Great product - Horrible Service. Trying to get ahold of anyone at Pro-Tec for service is impossible. I've tried the web portal, direct email serveral times with zero repsonse. There isn't a working phone number to call either. Feels like being robbed!

Correct pads for pro-tec helmet
I had an issue getting the correct pads, but i'm not sure the pads i need are still made. I sent an a message through the pro-tec website, but have not received a reply.

I ordered a helmet months
I ordered a helmet months ago, waited weeks for shipping confirmation but heard nothing even after sending emails to pro tec requesting to cancel the order because I ordered a helmet elsewhere in the meantime since I assumed the order did not go through. Then you shipped the helmet months after i ordered it with no explanation for why it took so long

Excellent Customer Service when ordering from Pro-Tec Brand
I ordered a helmet for my son’s birthday and the size we ordered, medium, was too small. The whole process of resolving this was handled very very fast and very well done by Ashley in customer service. We are very happy with this level of customer service response.

Selection is plentiful for all
Selection is plentiful for all sorts of likings: Excellent fit, helmet is very comfortable. Service is excellent and Fast shipping, website very easy to use, wanted to order a few more things but all out of stock.

Effectively unable to return items
Helmets did not fit. I attempted to return them but was effectively unable to because the cost of shipping was over half of what we paid for them items ($80). I emailed to ask if there was anything that could be done since the items did not fit and have not received a response to date. There is no phone number that I could find to speak to anyone regarding the return.
