Cabinets are well made; individual components fit together as they should when assembling. They also shipped quickly. There was 1 damaged item during the shipping process and Prime Cabinetry made the whole refund/claim process easy. We received the replacement part quickly too. Assembly of the cabinets was relatively easy with the videos, however my only suggestion for improvement would be to include some additional detail in the written assembly instructions, such as identifying of the 3-4 different screws received, which are used where.

From start to finish, this project could not have been successful without the knowledge, patience and creativity of our designer Max. Several phone calls and emails later, he was able to deliver a design that absolutely fit the space and our needs and wants. Put that together with a top notch product. The cabinetry is above what we expected and are amazed at the craftsmanship. The finish is like velvet to the touch and our friends and family are green with envy. On the backend, Rich took care of any questions during the build and was responsive and really seemed to care about us, a quality which is harder to find these days. We look forward to enjoying our new kitchen for many years. We'll be working with Prime again for our kitchen Island project. Thank you Prime Cabinetry !!! You guys are awesome !!! Mike L. Great Service from the Prime Team - especially Richard!

I am extremely impressed with the Customer Service provided by Prime Cabinetry, as well as their design team. I was able to get my design tweaked to exactly what I wanted, and it was done VERY quickly. I appreciated the full design packet that was sent FOR FREE. Cassi (the designer) was great to work with. Additionally, I placed two separate orders, and asked if they could be combined into one shipment, in order to not pay $600+ in freight shipping. They called me and asked if I would be okay with the cabinets taking an additional 1-2 weeks in order to do that. I absolutely WAS OKAY with doing that, in order to save $600+. I appreciated the extra effort they went through to do this for me immensely.

Customer service and the design service process has been great! Placed our first order. Financing options have also been easy to navigate and very helpful. Thank you for making the whole process as streamlined as possible.

Prime cabinetry has top of line quality cabinets and customer service! After installation I noticed two of the doors were warped and after filling claim they sent replacements in a few days. Extremely satisfied, and will continue to use their cabinets.
