We purchased the RTA kitchen cabinets recently and are in the process of installing them. They were easy to assemble and have a really nice coat of paint. We had a couple little issues but customer service was right in it.

I looked everywhere for cabinets with actual wood panels on a tight two week turnaround. We got the ivory oath and were pleased the the delivery, speed, and packaging. Nothing came damaged and assembly was quite easy once we understood the method. I wish the shipping on small items like the touch up kit and the spray paint to match the items wasn’t so expensive.

Was a pleasure dealing with Nicole on my cabinet order. Some of the packages and products were damaged during shipment, but I received a quick response from Nicole and replacement items are on their way. Will definitely purchase again in the future!

Awesome to deal with and would definitely use Prime Cabinetry again!!!

Absolutely impressed with Prime Cabinetry! The cabinets look amazing and completely transformed our kitchen. The quality and finish are excellent, and everything feels solid and well made.

This was a super easy experience. They cover all your concerns with the ordering form. The package arrived packaged for extreme safety. It’s was the quality we were hoping for and very well built. They even called by phone to check up on how things were and asked if we had any concerns or issues. I highly recommend this company.

Poor customer service and quality control. I spent $8500 on cabinets in May 2026 when they were discounted 30%. (I was a 3x repeat customer) When I started to assemble them in July, there was some face frame damage, missing screws, different toe kicks and different backer board for 2 vanities. Damage will be denied, but missing items they told me to go to the hardware store for the screws and to buy another toe kick. Really disappointed considering each vanity on sale cost $625 and came with missing parts they won't replace.

I remodeled our dining room into a kitchen extension using the braun oak cabinets and they surpassed my expectations. I was hoping to share some pictures but can't attach any. I love our cabinets.

Was a pleasure to work with with prime cabinetry, from design to finish Richard Wallace could not have been more helpful. To save costs we purchased RTA unfinished cabinets, the quality of the birch cabinets is excellent I didn’t want any pressed board in my cabinets and these cabinets delivered… they were easy to assemble with the help of our carpenter. Would not hesitate to use them again recommend them highly

Staff was very helpful. Order placement and fulfillment excellent! All went very well.

Great cabinets with alot of unique features for a good price. Their communication is always consistent whenever you need anything!

Prime Cabinetry has a wide selection of cabinets that can fit a budget while giving your kitchen a unique look. Great customer service and help is always there when we have needed it

Absolutely outstanding assistance in selecting, sizing, ordering cabinets for kitchen. Rich was knowledgeable, efficient, patient throughout the entire call process. Am confident that I will be pleased with the cabinets and cannot wait for them be installed! Will definitely be referring to Friends and Family! Thank you Rich!!!!

I had it shipped to a place of business. I had to go pick it up so that was a little bit of a extra hassle.

Great company to work with.

Great Quality Cabinets. Customer loves them.

Our first time ordering with Prime Cabinetry. We placed orders for cabinets and accessories with Jordan on 05/15/26, and a forgotten piece with Rich on 05/18/26. It was a pleasure dealing with both gentleman who were extremely knowledgeable, personable and patient with us throughout the process. Wonderful representatives of your company!

Messaged company and sent photos and no response

I've partnered with Prime cabinetry for several years now. They have been amazing to work with. From design to delivery the process is first class. Nicole has been great keeping me up to date and helping support my business needs.

I'm a designer, and I do a lot of kitchens. You cannot beat Prime for quality, selection, and service. The array of colors and styles is great, as is the option to order preassembled. My clients have been extremely happy. Will have done 7 kitchens with Prime within a year. Thank you!
