Great cabinets

We worked with our designer Max to create a functional layout. Order process was smooth and we received a call within 3 days to schedule delivery. We ordered RTA cabinets and other than one box with shipping damage, all were package well in great shape and with all necessary components. We assembled all of our cabinets in about 7 hours. Videos on the website were much more helpful than the enclosed paper instructions. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Prime Cabinetry and will likely use them again for another project.

There are so many options . Easy to design and order.

This was my first time buying an RTA cabinet and it was well worth it, as they were easy to assemble and seem to be just as solid as the pre-assembled cabinets but hundreds of dollars less. Ordering was a piece of cake and delivery only took about 2 weeks. I've ordered from other cabinet companies (pre-assembled ones) and those took 3-4 months to receive. Would definitely recommend.

Cabinets are well made; individual components fit together as they should when assembling. They also shipped quickly. There was 1 damaged item during the shipping process and Prime Cabinetry made the whole refund/claim process easy. We received the replacement part quickly too. Assembly of the cabinets was relatively easy with the videos, however my only suggestion for improvement would be to include some additional detail in the written assembly instructions, such as identifying of the 3-4 different screws received, which are used where.

I’m so pleased with PrimeCabinetry! They went above be and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed and even saved me money by taking things off my order I didn’t need.
