Always a good experience with customer service and shipping. If a mistake is made, customer service is not afraid to make things right and take ownership over the issue.

I love the Prima Ancestral Protein bars. I bought the 4 boxes of the sampler pack to begin with and all 4 flavors were great. I shared them with my adult children and they really liked them too. The subscription is easy to change if you decide you don’t need them as often as you thought or you want to change the flavors in your subscription before they ship.

I like some aspects of the old version and most of the new. Nevertheless, really like the new 21 grams of protein and overall texture.

Great flavor and great texture, it’s not too chewy or too heavy. It’s light and creamy, excellent source of protein.

Previously, with the original cacao bar, five stars. Currently, with the new bar one star. I suggest bringing back the original or offering both. I will not order the new bar again.
