I first tried Prima bars at Sprouts and genuinely enjoyed them, so I ordered a couple boxes directly. Unfortunately, something seemed off with the taste and texture compared to what I originally had in-store. I only ate one bar from the shipment and emailed customer service because it tasted noticeably different and less palatable. They acknowledged that the ingredients had changed, but still would not offer a refund, even for the unopened boxes. Disappointing experience, especially after being a customer who initially liked the product enough to order more.

Terrible! I ordered April 28th and still have not received my order on May 12th

Delicious, loving the new formula it’s incredible! All of my friends and I eat Prima bars regularly. So thankful for a super clean option.

Love these. Found them in a small health food store in Iowa. I have never seen them at Whole Foods, etc. , and would not know they existed. They are my go-to source for a bit of extra protein. Plus, the Cacao satisfies a sugar craving, and I don't reach for something else. .
