My card was charged 09-17-2026. Today is 10-02-2026. I have not received my order. I have sent 2 emails and have not received a response.

I really enjoy the prima bars! They are quick to answer questions and they ship them quickly!

These are different than before. Liked the bars better before. They don't have as much flavor- just seem kind of bland now.

Never delivered and never responded to emails. Shopping tracker said package damaged as the last step posted.

Disappointed in the selection I thought they would all be different.

I enjoyed 2 of the 3 varieties I ordered very much. When I placed my original order I had selected 1- box each of 3 varieties. At check out, I was offered a free variety box if I placed an order of 5 total boxes. I increased my order to 5 boxes but never received the assorted (free) box. I’m sorry to post a complaint here but I expanded my order JUST to receive the sample box. Not cool
