Absolutely yummy--an essential for the health-conscious on-the-go person. Clean ingredients, four flavors (all of which I love) and delivered right to my door. Don't be frightened off by the cost per bar. Trust me---it's a meal. One bar is the cost of a sugar-laden specialty coffee you DON'T need. The new MAHA guidelines tell us more clean fats, more protein (have you added up 1. 2gm/kg body weight how much that is??) and these bars will get you on your way. The ample fat keeps me from getting hungry again for hours. Great product, thank you!
