I am obsessed with these bars! I am big on ingredients, big on ethics, and big on taste. These are the ONLY bars I eat anymore and I eat about 5 per week. I eat them alone when I need a quick snack and they satiate me enough to get me through several hours and a workout. When eating them by themselves, I like to make sure they've been at room temp for a while because they can be difficult to bite into when cold! I also enjoy adding them to my smoothie bowls. I actually prefer the bars to be cold for this option, as they are easy to chop up into small pieces then and add to my bowl! They taste fantastic, I find myself craving them sometimes! And most importantly, the ingredients are ethical, healthy, and all natural.

I did find leaks I two of my Carmel bars. They were in a basket in my pantry for a little while so I can't be certain they came that way. I will be looking the packaging over carefully from now on when I first open the box. They are too expensive to toss out because I just don't know when that happened.
