I can't review the order because I haven't received it yet. It feels like I ordered it a year ago. Why does it always take a year to get an order from Prilla?

Going on 11 days now and I have not received my order. Might not order from Prilla in the future.

Nine of the 10 cans I ordered had “exploded” pouches and were ruined. Customer service was good and responded quickly. They need to do some serious quality testing though.

I have yet to receive my shipment. I haven’t even gotten confirmation that my order has shipped. It’s been 2 weeks since I placed the order.

Looked like cigar tobacco and the taste wasn't that much better

I really wanted to put in my order for the On! Mint 8mg. I was told that you can no longer send it to me via delivery. I really hope this is resolved In the future, good ol' CA w/ their laws. . . Frustrating to say the least. . .

Product has still not arrived. You guys use pack mules for part of the delivery process. 10 times as fast when it comes from Sweden

Terrible QC, most of the pouches out of the first roll of five are empty and the granules are in the bottom of the can, ordered 50 cans I hope they are not all like this.
