Items yet to be received and I am questioning if website is legitimate.

I got this as a substitute for the original Siberia Minis before they were banned from the US. They are not a good substitute, not to mention it took longer to get these delivered from the states, in the states, than it did when I ordered them direct from Sweden.

Shipping took 3 weeks.

Very dry and NO flavor.

Highly disappointed with the quality of the product. I’m used to ordering from Sweden and needed some quickly so I ordered and paid for expedited delivery. I won’t be ordering again

So this stuff us just like Siberia slim, by and large, though this seems a tad better flavor wise. The mint seems sharper. My only complaint is GN usually has 20 pouches per can due to a law in Sweden requiring it. Why does this not have the same amount? And they have sent them overseas with 20 in the past. For the price I pay I should get 20 pouches. . but the product itself is great and don't under estimate this smaller size, it has a hell of a kick. .

I paid for it. It was shipped. A return to sender was requested by you. You got it back. I haven’t gotten a refund. The tracking on your website says it’s on the way. I want my order or I want my money back.

I can't review the order because I haven't received it yet. It feels like I ordered it a year ago. Why does it always take a year to get an order from Prilla?

Going on 11 days now and I have not received my order. Might not order from Prilla in the future.

Nine of the 10 cans I ordered had “exploded” pouches and were ruined. Customer service was good and responded quickly. They need to do some serious quality testing though.

No flavor

I have yet to receive my shipment. I haven’t even gotten confirmation that my order has shipped. It’s been 2 weeks since I placed the order.

Looked like cigar tobacco and the taste wasn't that much better

I really wanted to put in my order for the On! Mint 8mg. I was told that you can no longer send it to me via delivery. I really hope this is resolved In the future, good ol' CA w/ their laws. . . Frustrating to say the least. . .
