Have not received order.

I paid for the order and have still not received it.

3rd order. First 2 were great. Paid for 2nd day shipping and 8 days later (2/18) still no ETA after it arrived at last UPS facility on 2/13. Very disappointing. At this point I just want my money back and I’ll order elsewhere.

Shipment was fine, but I only got it by the kindness of the strangers who gave it back to me. Dealing with both Prilla and UPS was not fun, so I dont plan on using Prilla again.

I ordered this to try out but it was not in the package when I recieved it.

I never received my order at all. It's been since January 16th. Not sure what happened 50 bucks down the drain.

The time to get the product was a problem for me. I can see a week but this took over 2 weeks. I may use you again because your price was good but it is too long. If you can use a faster service to deliver I would be more likely to use your company

Items were never delivered. Nightmare trying to get them.

Still waiting for products to arrive. Been three weeks

Haven't received it yet because shipping through UPS requires a 21+ Y/O signature and they will not deliver to an alternate pick-up site. Had you mentioned in the order that a person 21+ needed to be the one to sign, I likely would not have ordered because I am rarely home for UPS deliveries. I verified I was over 21 (53 actually) and nothing mentioned this requirement for shipping.

Wrong product sent. Asked them to send me the right problem and they sent me a return label. Sorry, your error. You need to eat the cost and not inconvenience the customer.

SYX Spearmint was dated 09-02-2024 . Product was old and had very little flavor. Prilla should not be sending old outdated product to customers. Will never order this again.
