Nothing about the product. Ups on delivery is horrible. Still have not received it yet. We are on vacation and I've had my neighbors for the last 3 days waiting to sign for the package that never shows.

I'm disappointed that I have not received my order.

Worst customer support I have experienced. I never received my product because there wasn't an adult home to sign. Emailed Prilla numerous times and never resolved. I'm out HUNDREDS of dollars. Will never order again. EVER.

I paid approx $61. 00 for 10 cans of Velo wintergreen 6. I only received 5

They are not very well made. Several pouches came apart in the container.

Don’t care for the cinnamon pouches the cinnamon tastes off.

Leaks powder

Not well made. Powder is always leaking out of the pouches.

I may have gotten an old batch or something. Taste is terrible. Pouches have a yellowish tint.

Order a 100 rolls of Velo Black Cherry and Dragon Fruit. Most of the can pouches are not sealed on both end so contents spilled out in the can. Maybe 20% of entire purchase usable. Pretty damn pissed off about it. Manufacturing issue when seal ends on pouches.

Pouches break apart shortly after using and leave a strange residue in lip. Flavor is short lasting in comparison to other pouch brands

No real flavor, I threw them out.
