Was easy to order online, arrived within days. I had to change the original start date, which was changed just by me emailing new dates. Simple to use once at my destination the UK. Id definitely recommend.

I used the sim in my Samsung over 17days in Sth Korea, Japan and Singapore, it worked flawlessly. Connected to the local networks seamlessly and appeared to have good coverage everywhere. Could not fault and will use next time I travel if my current carrier doesn't provide global roaming in that area. P. S. the sims (2, for my wife and I, she had a similar experience) arrived in the mail within 3 business days.

Great local supply company for overseas SIM cards. Have used them twice now. Great customer service. Always quick to respond via email. Also helpful to get phone numbers for SIM cards from customer service before travelling so contact list can be updated before travelling. (Note SIM cards must be installed upon arrival at destination not prior)

Only issue we had was before we left Australia, we installed the eSIMs the day before we left and kept getting the message that we could only make Emergency Calls, but turning off the eSIM fixed that. Using the eSIM overseas was flawless.
