Havnt used the sim yet but service and response was great

great product, easy to install, instructions on how to configure dual SIM settings once installed would be helpful

Was a little difficult when we did QR code both our home mobile address and our eSIM card had the name “Travel” - wasn’t sure which was the eSIM card for certain

Made a mistake attempting to activate and deleted sim, prepaid unable to reinstate so complete waste of money

It didn’t work!

Easy to use

Easy to use

I was unable to get the sim card working. After a few emails to and fro, and advice given, I was unable to get the sim card working. I eventually used chat gpt and got it working.

Ist time using an esim and the process was seamless. Will definitely use again

Great so far👍 but am finding it finding it difficult to find how many days and GB I have left

Gday, it worked really well. I put it in the phone on arrival. No worries. Easy. Took maybe 5 minutes to sort itself out and connect. Works smoothly. I’ve got a dodgy iphone 6 spare phone i stuck it in. No worries. I kept my home phone with telstra just added a roaming package. So whilst here i have a USA phone with your sim and my regular Aussie phone with telstra roaming. Its an effective and cheap solution. Keeps me connected but I don’t waste my telstra roaming. Thanks. Its brilliant I travel to USA maybe twice a year. It would be handy to be able to have the same number. Could you organise that? Doesn’t matter if not. I’ve been in boston Memphis LA NYC Nashville all work easy

Is working really well. No problem at all

Great sim great company would use again without hesitation cheers Nev

Esims were very easy to use

Easy to use, very convenient to have before landing.

Had issues with sims, Anna was great and sorted it out for us. Much appreciated for your help and support through issue. Very happy customer.

Connected well. Unfortunately, being in the Vodafone network, it is either very slow or no connection to internet depending on location

Too Easy …. Turned it on and it worked!!

Great product . No issues at all with connecting . Only downside was that I couldn’t install before arrival .

Great & easy to use right on landing.
