Great local supply company for overseas SIM cards. Have used them twice now. Great customer service. Always quick to respond via email. Also helpful to get phone numbers for SIM cards from customer service before travelling so contact list can be updated before travelling. (Note SIM cards must be installed upon arrival at destination not prior)

Only issue we had was before we left Australia, we installed the eSIMs the day before we left and kept getting the message that we could only make Emergency Calls, but turning off the eSIM fixed that. Using the eSIM overseas was flawless.

Easy to understand installation instructions.

We bought 2 Sims for travelling around Japan and they worked great, we had no problems anywhere, we used the data for Google Maps, for Pokemon Go, for Google Lens (translating) and for many other moments, they performed flawlessly right from the setup (which we did wrong the first time but the help was great) Thank you, we would happily buy from you again.

Easy to set up and works well in USA but in Canada (Niagara Falls) it was quite poor
