I have used Prepaidsims on several occasions now and have no issues with getting connected as soon as I land. I travel with my husband and the fact you get a discount when you purchase 2 is great value for us. I would highly recommend this company/product.

We have used prepaid sims on a number of occasions when in europe and they have worked well. This time in September I had trouble activating the esim on my phone but easy and quick contact with their assistance had the issue solved in a few minutes. My wife's nano sim worked straight away and we had no other issues while in europe will use again next time.

Absolutely amazing. We scanned our QR codes two days before our trip. On landing we didn’t even realize that the sim was activated. We just went on with our trip and only at the hotel when asked about Wifi we realized we are already on this network. Had full high speed data access everywhere we went in Japan. Excellent service and helped us greatly with our trip. Especially with Japan’s complex train systems we needed directions and translation apps to work all the time. I recommend this service very highly.

SIM wouldn't connect initially when I arrived in the country which was inconvenient - BUT the technical support was great and got it working within a day or two.

It was very easy to use and it has a great coverage .. am a very happy and satisfied customer .. and am telling some friends about it.. I will be purchasing again for my next trip .. I can’t wait🤗

Our prepaid sim for Japan was great. We arrived and turned on our phone and we were connected. The size for days was suitable. Very happy again with prepaid sims.

Convenient and suitable for our needs

Worked well & covered my needs. Unfortunately I ran out of data quickly, however I think there was something running in the background on my phone. Very good value.

We purchased two 30 Day Unlimited Data Japan Travel SIM Card's to use for our recent Japan trip. These SIM cards are average at best. We were only using them for general use i. e. google maps, internet browsing, WhatsApp/Messenger, occasional bookings, Uber/GoTaxi and these SIM cards dropped out of service frequently. Even in the middle of Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto one person would lose reception randomly and once it came back quite often then next person would then lose reception. This became quite frustrating when using google maps for directions, using public transport and during using Uber/GoTaxi and halfway through making a booking. It came to the point where we'd both have to have both apps open on each other's phone ready to go in case reception dropped out on another. We also checked our data usage regularly and when the SIM cards were working properly we weren't even reaching half of the daily 3GB limit before it being capped. I highly doubt that we'd use this product again which is a shame because the company provides great customer service but the final product is lacking. Only use this SIM if it's you're only option.
