Worked as intended. It took about 5 minutes for the carrier to connect then we had no issues.

Installation of the esim was extremely simple snd worked as advertised. However not sure if its the local network (3) but connection to the internet has been sporadic since arriving.

Very happy, Sims worked well without any installation problems.

Easy to use and set up and great coverage. I use every time I go overseas. Highly recommend!

Second time using prepaid sims a d the service is outstanding. This trip, one of our sims didn’t connect as it was supposed to (sometimes technology just fails). The team at prepaid sims worked back and forth until it worked and from then on it was a perfect connection with no issues!! Fabulous. Highly recommend.

The physical SIM had a large allowance of data but service at times was patchy and seemed to drain the phone's battery quite faster than normal.

The prepaid e-sim was great! It was easy to use and activate. It had good reception and broad coverage. I would highly recommend it to anyone to use when travelling overseas

Very patchy coverage in Japan

Had previously used physical SIMs from this company for Brazil (had to manually select provider a few times, but worked well). A Brazil trip earlier this year I used a Esim from a different company, that was cheaper, but it would only connect to one local provider. So for recent Sarawak and Bali trip, I tried a Emis from this company, and had no problems. Next trip I'll buy here again.
