Great product . No issues at all with connecting . Only downside was that I couldn’t install before arrival .

The activation was simple enough to follow. The access was not as seamless as we would have expected. The internet connections was hit and miss on land. It was slow and usually not able to access during our travel on land. There was some connections during our cruise to and from Alaska. I don't think we've used the 15 GB that we paid for. Not able to surf the internet to check website in Australia.

I realise this is an auto email. But I havent used the sim yet. But Im sure it will be fine.

I I am using your Sim now,it is quite useful. however I found some of your pre sale advertising a little misleading,as it is not straight forward to negotiate the great firewall but I did eventually get access to my Gmail,which was important. google maps however is awash out. clearer prep would have helped . Cheers

So easy to use. I was heartbroken and very stressed when it occurred to me that my older phone did not support esims just 2 weeks out from my solo trip to Korea. I was genuinely anxious about travelling by myself without data and connection to home. I jumped on to prepaidsims and they shipped the physical sim to me. Arrived to my home with plenty of time to spare. I changed the sim over on my phone mid flight and it connected easily while I waited for my luggage. I did it again for a trip to Thailand recently and absolutely no worries.

It works the whole time i were there. . . . but I have to fine tune my phone. . . it wasn't easy. Hope in future i dont need to do like that

My trip to Fiji was made stress free thanks to prepaidsims. Any time I was outide wifi reception I could fallback to the esim mobile data. Great speed and coverage for a very competitive price.

EASY CHANGE OVER IN THE USA AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SIM ,FANTASTIC.

This SIM works and is great value. We used the SIM in the UK and Ireland and had no problems.

Brought a prepaid sim while travelling in Fiji for two weeks. Even on the islands i still had good coverage and it was a good price too.
