Easy to set up, easy to use and keep me in contactable with family and friends where I travel to in overseas.

Very easy to set up but unclear regarding calls and roaming with existing dual-SIM. We learnt the hard way getting slugged extra along the way. It says 4G across the UK but quite often the reception was inadequate for travellers. We waited until we arrived at the hotel and used their WIFI anyway

Had a lot of times through out my travel where it would not pick up at all I even brought a new eSIM thinking I had run out (waste of money) but besides that did its job

Sim worked well, did everything I expected it to. To get 5 stars: - Improve the explanation on your website (it was confusing) - allow me to learn what the number is when I buy the sim, not after I activate it.

Instant use upon arrival after installing the sim cards, others take a while or require intricate directions, would buy from this website again.

Worked in most places in Canada. Coverage in the Rockies was patchy especially where Telus/Bell were the only providers. The sim. would sometimes connect and other times show that the Bell network was forbidden. Alaska was fine

Great value on eSIMs for a 7 day trip to Bali. Some difficulty getting on line but support was terrific and sorted it for me. Excellent coverage even out of urban areas. Definitely would use again.
