I had to chase my order with you. There was a hiccup with stock availability which delayed thinks quite a lot. It would have been nice to have been updated. I was concerned that the order had gone awry.

Broken pot on arrival despite it being very well packaged. Pott Candles were very quick to resolve & sent me a replacement. Pot very good quality & looks stylish, candle smells incredible. Will definitely be buying refills from here & probably other pots too!

I love your products, and have bought many for myself and for gifts over the last few years. I've had some arrive broken in the past, but the issue has always been resolved promptly. However, with my latest order, which I was sending direct to a friend as a gift I was disappointed that there was no gift note option. I enquired separately and was told it wasn't yet available, which I felt was poor for a business I've been using for a couple of years, but then accepted it. However, the gift was then not sent for over 2 weeks after my initial order and the response when I queried this I felt wasn't strong.

Big problems with the subscription service. Despite paying in advance, items are not always sent. I am currently trying to sort this mess out.

I really wanted to LOVE these Candles but I’ve had a few ongoing issues with the candles. The scents are gorgeous and I love the refillable pots but the burn time far exceeds what is stated and I’ve had a few candles which do not burn evenly, even though I follow all instructions and have a candle care kit too. I’ve spoken with customer service who have been very understanding and have sent out replacements. The issue doesnt seem to be a one off and though I’ve stayed committed (especially after purchasing at clay pot), I find I am more disappointed than not when my candle arrives. I will purchase again in the hope the issue resolves but for now, given the high price tag, I will be looking for another candle which fits my pot.
