Can’t fault the ethos of being kinder to the environment but I am disappointed with the three candles I have burned. The cold throw is lovely but there is no real warm throw. Disappointing as I had bought into the ethos.

Love the concept of refillable candles, and the delicate fragrances, but sadly it doesn't last. I've tried three scents and by the time the candle is past the half way mark I can't smell anything. They do burn evenly which is a win, because a lot don't.

Scent not particularly strong

The parcel I received was absolutely wonderful. It was packed so neatly and tightly in individual, strong boxes with lovely graphics of your company and really reflected and promoted the first class standards you have. Thank you so much. On another note, the gingham Potts are absolutely stunning, what a wonderful idea, and the candles themselves smell delightful as always. I have bought a gingham starter kit as a gift for my cousin and she will love it. We also use the Potts for other things when we aren’t burning a candle such as holding wrapped choccies, pens etc as they look so lovely. Thank you so much.
