Excellent service and quick delivery

Bought defuser refill . Very happy

Fabulous candles, I adore them.

Lovely product and excellent aftercare service. Really impressed, thank you!

There was an unfortunate melting of the candles for some gifts I ordered before the sets reached me, and Duncan was incredibly helpful in rectifying the issue. I am incredibly grateful as the gifts were ordered for the Isle of Wight tomato set particularly, and the customer service was outstanding.

Your customer service was excellent, great packaging and great idea to sell small samples. I really wanted to like the scents but unfortunately I don’t. I’m a bit disappointed as I really like the look of your products. Oh well….

Great products and great experience ordering Potts candle and refills. Definitely the way to go with ordering candles in the future.

I love this concept. Will definitely be setting up a subscription for renewing my candle insert

Came quickly and something less to worry about because I subscribed to have them monthly.

Had a problem with my cane;e, emailed and customer service second to none. Another being sent in the post. Thank you. Will definitely be buying another now 😆

All good thanks

👍

All good great product no landfill issues.

Purchased a Voucher online. Went without a hitch

‘Fig’ and the new ‘Roses’ are both beautiful. Hopefully both are permanent 🤞
