I ordered the tonka candle starter kit (standard). The whole set is beautiful and the candle smells amazing! Unfortunately, despite following the instructions to do the first burn for 2 - 4 hours it tunnelled badly. I couldn’t trim the wick either as it was too short. I tried to contact via facebook but got no response so I decided to remove the excess wax and use it in a wax melt instead. The candle is still not burning properly so I either made an error or the wick was a little short. All my other candles have been fine

Can’t fault the ethos of being kinder to the environment but I am disappointed with the three candles I have burned. The cold throw is lovely but there is no real warm throw. Disappointing as I had bought into the ethos.

Love the concept of refillable candles, and the delicate fragrances, but sadly it doesn't last. I've tried three scents and by the time the candle is past the half way mark I can't smell anything. They do burn evenly which is a win, because a lot don't.
