Lovely pot and candle smells gorgeous. Only down side is the price

Ordered as a present. Paid for express delivery (on a Saturday) to ensure delivery by Tuesday. Didn't receive order dispatch on the Monday and therefore no delivery Tuesday. Had to chase. Received an apology and full refund of express delivery cost. So all sorted but a shame I had to chase!

Everything received quickly and safely

I have been a subscriber for a few months but sadly every time a new batch is due to come out to me there is a delay because of no stock. The payment always leaves the account promptly when the sub renews but then I have to wait ages for the candles to arrive. I have cancelled my sub for this month in the hope that things improve.

Beautiful. Pots and the scents are divine, really fill the room. Super quick and helpful response to my email when I was struggling to decide on colours too. I've been back and bought 2 more candles since for other rooms!

I do like the candels a lot. I would like to be able repeat candels from the subscription that I have. I also would like to buy additional potts for the candels. Neither are available. . . such a shame. In addition I do not know how many points I have. I understand that these points can be buy items. But what I do not know how. I am sure there is information somewhere. It is not obvious to me. Not everyone knows instantly how everything works. Some people do not work with computers every day. I am long since retired. I feel there is a lack of transparency of how things work e. g. how to buy with points accumulated. Plus it would be helpful if customers were told amount of £xx = xxx points , which means you can use xx points to spend £xxx on the candels/potts. Something like that would/could be clear, easy to understand etc. Hope the company takes these things gs on board and actually act to them.

I bought this subscription as a gift and it has been very well received

Love the ceramic pots. Generally scents good (dislike the Almond scent. It’s over powering and synthetic). Love the refill concept. But don’t like the seasonal selection with the lack of being able to swap out scents toxic to dogs or don’t like. Ending up with refills I can’t use. Customer services were very good when I highlighted this and sent a replacement. However, I’ve cancelled that subscription. But with three holders in the house I feel I’m penalised having to pay more for each refill on the other subscription option. Would like to love more and see better thought going into a more flexible choice for a 3 monthly multiple refill subscription at the same price as the seasonal offering. Take a look at Fussy and the way they do their subscription.
