I put a story book with photographs together for a new stepchild in the family who is not English-speaking. There were no difficulties adding accents into the text, and I was very pleased with the layout options. But, reviewing the book after I had placed the order, I discovered a spelling error! I contacted PosterJack immediately after the weekend. An agent immediately stopped publication and allowed me to rectify the mistake (and do a few other touch-ups). 10 days later, despite the holiday crunch and just in time for Christmas, the book has arrived. I had been searching for a gift for one of our grown children and recalled them saying they loved one of the photos in an album I had. PJ had a promotion ongoing that if ordered by 13 December the print would arrive by 25 December. I order two prints on the 13 and both were delivered on 17 December! Absolutely beautiful quality. This is the second time I have used PJ and will continue to do so. Thank you so much - amazing job yet again!

Ordered these two pieces, $150 for the pair. Photo colors are fine but the quality of the product themselves looks cheap. Definitely had a better quality item from London Drugs and Costco too for that matter. Buy on sale and put in your kids rec room at home - not hallway quality.

This was my first time using Posterjack and I went right for the top shelf with a wood print for a wedding picture, and after sending it off and paying for it and getting my confirmation, to be honest I was a bit skeptical. I looked at my source image again and I expected some of the artefacting (from it being a phone picture) to jump out and ruin everything. That ended up not being the case - the edges are crisp and the colours don't have any weird compression oddities like I expected. One note for anyone looking at wood prints, it does seem a teensy bit darker than the source image, but that's 100% down to the medium, and it still looks great. Just something to consider. On top of the picture itself looking really good, it's also physically really well put together. To hang it, they've glued & nailed two bits of what looks like pine, and ran a pretty substantial wire across the two. It's really well thought out and cleanly put together. I'll definitely explore some of the other products later. I'm really super happy with this one.

For the art prints, be aware, they don't add extra borders or margins to the prints, it is printed to the edge, so you have to hide part of it to fit in mat so i couldn't use them to fit my mat, it came smaller than the size i ordered, so there can be some inaccuracies in the sizes, so it will not fit in mat opening. I wrote about the problem but they don't refund or replace ! I will order to another site !

I now feel badly for pestering these folks as I called and emailed then a few times unsure of the progress of my order. Having recently moved, we have been looking to have a number of pieces made for our walls and struggled with selecting a company as there are many "out there". After reviewing many companies, I thought I would give this Canadian company a chance and cannot believe how amazing the piece is, not to mention dealing with the Posterjack Team. As I was uncertain, I wanted to ensure I was getting quality and was willing to pay for it but I never expected it to be as good as it turned out. Even the accessory kit to hang the picture far exceeded my expectations. An amazing job team Posterjack; rest assured you will be my go to company!
