The quality of my very large print is beyond what I could have hoped for! Emails re:order updates and shipping were great and the shipping was unbelievably fast. I can’t praise this company enough! I took a risk with my first order being so large (and important) but the gamble paid off and I’ll be a lifetime customer.

I ordered 3 poster board iPhone photos and was so happy with results. They arrived with the mounting hardware installed and all I did was pop a tack in the wall and am now enjoying a high quality photo. Arrives quickly and Posterjack went above and beyond. Bonus that it’s a Canadian company!

I want to write this review so that maybe someone will get back to me with real information about my order. I have been inquiring about it since I placed the order, and apparently it is still unfulfilled. I placed the order on June 23 ( CA-301961), and still nothing. This is ridiculous. Bad logistics, bad customer service…

Metal prints came out phenomenally, provided you give them a high enough resolution and quality image to work with. Shipping was prompt and packaging was very well wrapped. Prices seem reasonable and get better if you can catch a sale. Unfortunately, there must have been a dirt speck on one of my prints during dye sublimation process. There is a very visible set of bumps right in the middle of one of my prints when the light bounces off the gloss finish. Hence the 4 star review. Otherwise, great work Posterjack. You fill a void, Disp**** can't meet.

I sent in a small order which required a minor adjustment. I contacted Customer Service and my request was dealt with by “Nat”. I was amazed by their concern and thoughtfulness. The quality of the end product was excellent.. I will certainly use PosterJack again.

I had a terrible experinece, really not recomended. It's been almost a month and I haven't recieved my purchase. No one answers my emails anymore... I would give this a 0, but it's not possible.

I had three hard cover photo books done that would exemplify my work. They exceeded my expectations. I also had a framed old sailing print done of my father for brother, again excellent prompt service. Items always come well packaged as well.

I made an error on the crop of my Eiffel Tower print, I was nervous to redo it in case I messed it up again. I conferred with customer service and they talked me through it. It arrived 48 hours later, no charge and its perfect. Thank you Posterjack and thank you Clarence for your patience.

I would highly recommend Posterjack. I have now ordered three canvases from them, and I am in awe at the quality and price. It is affordable, and it makes a lasting memory in my house. To say I am beyond impressed is an understatement. Thank you Posterjack for your hard work and dedication in making my memories freeze in time.

The brushed aluminum print looks amazing. The floating frame work is perfect. Everything is high quality and would recommend highly!!

Overall print quality is excellent. Unfortunately I am disappointed with the tint and colouring of my prints. The tint is much less green than it should be and my image came out darker than expected. I recognize that there will always be a difference from what you see on screen, but in this case the difference was considerable. This was my first time ordering with Poster Jack and I was happy to support a local business, but I don't think I'll order again.

I just received my framed photos. What a disappointment! The reproductions are of good quality, but I would never have imagined that at this price your frames would arrive not with a glass, but a simple acrylic plexiglass, like the frames found at IKEA (at a much lower price). I didn't see anything on your site that says your frames come with acrylic plexiglass and not glass. I really feel like I've been duped.

The whole process was so easy and fast. Got the print within a week and it looks fantastic better than expected!

Placed an order for a photobook which was to be part of a birthday present. Website indicated that production and delivery time were such that the order should have been delivered in time for the birthday. Order never arrived and when I finally followed-up (a week after the birthday) I found out that my order "gliched" in their automated system and was sitting in limbo with no one taking any corrective action (or even noticing that the order was sitting unfulfilled). This is an order that was paid for. Rating is 2 stars and not 1 star only because my complaint regarding this was handled relatively quickly and a refund was processed. However, no offer to remedy the situation, expedite the order or fulfill for free or at a discount was made.

I've had both personal art and photos printed through Posterjack, and the result is always very solid. Shipping is timely and the items are packaged well. Pricing is fair, especially with the frequent amount of discounts.

I have ordered a few canvas prints now and most are pretty good. However i have had two that the mirrored corners do not line up and its quite noticiable and frankly unsellable for me. Too bad!
