I used to order my photobooks from Shutterfly and I was very happy with them. Recently I decided to switch to a Canadian company and I chose Posterjack. The internet reviews are raving of the quality and they say it's a great replacement for Shutterfly. I disagree. The editing software is excellent, I was happy with that, even though the choices for backgrounds, frames and such are less extensive than at Shutterfly. It's the product I was disappointed with. For the same 78 pages hardcover book I paid more and received a much flimsier book, with thinner pages and a weak binding. Even the colors seem to be duller. I guess it's acceptable, but I am not nearly as happy as I used to be when I received my Shutterfly photobooks.

A very dear friend was doing quite a bit of interior decorating in our home after we had completed extensive renovations in 2024. She has a real gift of utilizing what a client has and placing them in the best spot. She made a suggestion to my husband and I that we should use my photos I've previously had done in canvas, and hang them throughout our home to make it more personal. After upgrading our bedding to complement our new look in the bedroom we needed something really striking to place above the headboard and standout on the new barn wood wallboard. She asked me if I had a special photo that I could get done to place up there. When she said that I knew exactly the photo I wanted. It's a panoramic shot I took on December 24th, 2018. This photo holds so many memories for me and is VERY SPECIAL. It's taken from my parent's wharf looking up to their house. I wanted to be sure to capture everything in that photo that meant something to me. And I definitely got it! For years I've wanted to get it developed but never really pursued it. My parents sold their beloved lake house property, in August 2021, after having it for almost 60 years. My whole life was wrapped in this beautiful place and still holds a special place in my heart. I showed my friend the photo and she exclaimed, "That's perfect for that spot! Get it done!!!" Well. . . . needless to say I was excited yet hesitant. I used to get stuff done by Costco but they no longer do photos, so I looked into Shutterfly but they couldn’t quite capture the full panoramic shot. I looked at others but no success. I finally just Googled 'develop panoramic photos' and Posterjack came up. I had never heard of them before. I was impressed by the reviews, and that it was a Canadian company. I have placed many orders and was happy with the quality. The last order I placed was never recieved by my customer. I have been trying to get in contact with someone since around Christmas. No replies to emails, no way to get in contact with anyone. The chat bubble on the website is useless. Extremely disappointed.

Loving this print. I wanted to try something a bit different and I'm glad I went with the frameless style. It's slick, classy and works perfectly on the hallway wall I chose. I'm a first time customer and first impression was fantastic!

If you are looking for a professional print with excellent customer service, you have found the place. Seriously, these guys have a huge selection of products and sizes. I had made an error when placing my order. When I reached out to them they responded immediately, empathized, and offered up a solution. I was more than impressed, especially given it was my error. It is always a challenge when ordering online and you aren’t face to face with someone but rest assured the folks at PosterJack want to make sure you are happy with the results.

Really happy with product. I rated a 1Star previously as I didn’t think my package arrived. But it did arrive (my neighbour retrieved it for me) my apologies for the false rating. I wish I could remove it.

I have been using Posterjack to print the photos I sell in 2 galleries for years and their products (I've used metal, fine art paper, satin finish paper and acrylic) have been consistently excellent. Recently I decided an acrylic wasn't as good as I needed for an exhibition, my fault entirely, and asked their customer service if I could get it reprinted and offered to pay for part of it, not wanting to pay full price again. They sent me a new, beautifully done acrylic absolutely free. Where do you get service like this anywhere else?

I ordered a 12x24 framed canvas print last week. It arrived 2 days ago and despite the packaging being pristine the canvas was creased in a few places. I contacted them. They told me I should fix it and told me to remove the canvas from it's frame, get a hair dryer, and try to "shrink" the canvas back to normal and that they would give me a whopping 10% on the $150 item. This is absurd. I should not be responsible to fix their manufacturing defects.

I've used Posterjack for years for prints. I tried the hardcovers previous, and this year, I used the Softcover book as a catalogue for an art exhibit I'm doing. The book is exactly what I wanted. A lovely quality and weight, nice glossy cover, drag 'n' drop production, easy peasy. We recently received our second Photoboard enlargement from Posterjack and are extremely happy with the result. The enlargements have faithfully reproduced the colour and image quality of the originals – we were surprised at just how good the final product looks. The float-mount is a really good system for hanging the pictures and the built in support frame will keep the board from warping over time - great design! The ordering system is easy to use and we were impressed and how quickly we received the products. We did have an earlier issue with our second order, in that we were not totally satisfied with the product. Posterjack’s customer service staff was really superb to work with and they quickly resolved the issue and got us a product we love. Thanks very much!

After a recent holiday, We decided we wanted an enlargement made of one of our holiday photos. We opted to have it metal mounted as was a black and white photo. Poster Jack started the order, only to email me that the quality was not great and would look very grainy. First of all Thank YOU for that. Through much advice and sending multiple copies of the image, they finally stayed it was good enough for a metal copy enlarged to 24 x 24. And then before I imagined the carefully and professionally wrapped package was at my front door. We eagerly opened it and hung it in a special place in our home. I cannot praise them enough. And not only highly recommend them , already planning my next project.
