I ordered a collage photo that didn’t come and emailed them. Not only did they send it right away, but they refunded me for the entire purchase to make sure I didn’t pay anything!

My first and definitely not my last frame canvas print order! The prices are reasonable for the quality, the shipping could not have been faster, the wrapping was first rate and there was no damage to the piece and I was really happy when I opened the packaging. A couple of minor issues: 1 I did not like that the hanging hook (zig zag thingy) was only on one-side so it could be hung horizontally (and no second hanger was included so I could hang it vertically as that was my preference). 2 At first I thought the print did not include enough "white space" around the subject of the print, but it turns out it looks great and the printer/framer was right! How do I know your products are sturdy? I accidentally dropped it on the floor (hard porcelain) and there was no damage! Unbelievable! Thanks for a great first order!

Recently had a metal HD print from PosterJack. Was not satisfied with the clarity. Had judged it from a smaller print that I had printed off, but clarity was compromised when I had it blown up. Entirely my fault. I submitted another print for consideration and was elated by the results. Had been emailing a person named NAT who gave me some advice and tips for future consideration. Beauty of it was no further charge. A class act for sure. Will be coming back for more in the future...Thanks Nat...Happy customer !!! Will post on Google Reviews also once I figure out how to do it.

I use my photographs as art in my home so I like quality products and therefore, printing companies. Posterjack is excellent. They provide many size options and different printing paper/framing options. I've done 2 different styles so far and both have turned out beautifully. I do wish you could fully customize size as your picture file might have to be cropped due to different aspec ratios. I actually had a bit of a challenge and contacted customer service. Clarence responded to me very quickly throughout our communication and remedied the issue. I was very appreciative of the level of respectful and helpful service. I'm a huge customer service person, so when a company offers a great product as well as great customer service I'm definately a customer for life.

Recently I had a problem with a print on metal. The Posterjack team was very helpful and made sure I ended up with a fabulous version of my photo. They were understanding and did not make me feel unheard. The result was a great print that I am happy to hang up. Highly recommend.

When I look at a .jpg on my computer, I am never certain what size of enlargement I should choose and whether the picture will turn out well. Poster Jack is reassuring in that the site lets you know whether your .jpg is sufficiently detailed for the size you are choosing. This time I ordered a copy of a photo I had taken of a painting I love (my family owns the original) and had it printed on canvas. The result is perfect! I am so grateful that Photo Jack works with care and high standards. I recommend the company wholeheartedly.

I ordered this softcover photo book with 43 photos + text on August 26. I just received it today, 10 days. It's fabulous. I won't be able to say enough good things. The photos are perfect on each page. Looking at the book brought tears to my eyes. I run a daycare and got these as parting gifts for my kids who are starting kindergarten. I know that these books will be treasured for lifetimes. Thank you so very much for doing such a terrific job of printing up Sunshine's Daycare Chronicles.

Ordered a print on a metal sign from an old ad campaign from a magazine. Turned out amazing! Great customer service helped me pick the correct size for the resolution. It came 20 minutes ago and wanted to write a review asap as I was so happy!

I recently purchased 8 digitalized art prints and after several online searches for local printers; I recalled previously using Posterjack and being pleased with their work. I loved the canvas I ordered with my dogs pictures. The finish is amazing and looks just as it was painted with oil.

I ordered and received two framed prints this week. The quality of the work is excellent and I received them 4 days after I did the order. They were very well packaged. The service is excellent. I highly recommend Posterjack.

Bought a large canvas print expecting premium quality for this premium price. Got bad sawtooth mounts that aren't affixed to the frame properly so they can't even be used (despite their own Youtube saying it would be wire framed), colour that's off so the picture went from bright and cheery to dark and gloomy, canvas wraps on the edges that aren't attached properly so they float off the frame, and support who's response to these concerns is more or less "sorry lol *shrug emoji*". Go use someone else for 1/2 the price since you'll get the same thing anyway.

I bought 4 prints a couple of years ago and they were perfect. I ordered a new canvas this year and was a bit disappointed in the quality comparatively. I connected with customer service and they were Excellent in solving the issue. Thanks so much. I also ordered a calendar this year. Quality is great! Happy with this Canadian company.

I placed my first order for a 20x40 digital painting and I am extremely happy with the fine art print! The customer service was amazing they helped me adjust my photo as needed. I received my product next day after it shipped. Will definitely order again!
